250 ml (1 cup + 1 tbsp) lukewarm milk
1 tsp sugar
500 g (4 cups + 2 tbsp) all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 tsp salt
50 g (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) poppy seeds
80 ml (⅓ cup) vegetable oil
pinch of salt
100g (3½ oz) butter
75 g (2 ¾ oz) cheese
For smearing:
1 egg
Salt
Caraway seeds
Bake: 200° / 392°F 20 minutes on top/bottom heat
