My wife whom I have 3 kids with separated from me and I’ve been in no contact for over 3months. Her friend recently told me that my wife believes she made the correct decision to separate because I haven’t fought for her since. I feel this a bunch of bull because she separated from me knowing that I did NOT want this. Also my wife does not know her friend told me info because if she knew, she would be done with both of us. What should I do? I love her so much and I don’t mind pursuing but I don’t want to do the wrong thing!

Were there tons of fights between you two? But back up a bit. What were the issue/s in your marriage? Thank you Brad! I have been wrong in our 15 yr marriage because I was not listening to her and would pay more attention to sports. Also I did not initiate intimacy enough with her. I changed but she told me it was too late. Her best friend wanted us together so bad that she found my work email and started reaching out to help me win her back. This is crazy Brad but I want her back and am willing to do anything! I feel guilty for working with her best friend. 😢

Hi Brad my ex replied to my story "hot" and then send a heart next day so it wasn't a momentary thing but when i asked him to do a video call he says he doesn't want me. Why would he act like this?

In most cases, it's because he's still physically attracted to you but the emotions aren't there anymore. That kind of behaviour coming from your ex is somewhat expected after a fresh/recent breakup. That's why you ought to give it enough time where there's totally no contact between you and your ex for at least 30 days. A wide array of different emotions coming from an ex is somewhat expected when a breakup is still fresh and this includes the likelihood of your ex giving you mixed or weird signals. Watch this: y2u.be/siApAVtx8zE This is why I tell people to cut off contact for at least a month first and NOT deal with this ex. You both need to clear your minds first, all right? A breakup hurts both people in it regardless of who has done the breaking up. If she's coming up with excuses, then she may not want to get back together yet. Talking it out won't work though. You have to learn to appeal to her emotional side so instead of always talking about getting back together, let her feel your confidence instead and let her attraction for you grow naturally. Who's in a rebound relationship though? You or her? As I mentioned in your previous comment, if this wasn't her usual behavior, then she could be feeling spiteful because of being dumped and is not trying to punish you. It's important to give her some reassurance and show your love for her and be patient while she retaliates because fighting fire with fire at this point will not do you or the relationship any good.

Unless your relationship was super toxic, time heals wounds and this includes bad memories that happened between you two. It will tend to go away with time especially if you get to replace those with positive memories consistently. This is why it's a bad idea to be making mistakes during this time as it will only add to more negativity. My ex is dating some1 atm but i had a drink with her last week. it went rly well. i were conffident, made him laugh a lot and everything went well. we talked about going for a drink again. How often i should text her or interract with him without feeling being needy....feeling like i have to be the one to start conversations when ever we text.

No you don't. Look at Brad's video on how to text your ex when you respond. Only give them what they give you. You went on a date it is good. Don't make yourself too available. You have to keep some mystery. Also you can also date someone else so and keep busy. Join the gym, club, learn cooking skills, and to keep busy. This way you have busy awesome life.

Hey Brad...thank you for all the guidance you provide...i am trying to be in no contact since a really our breakup after a long chasing and begging. We really had a tough and naty breakup. But my ex tries to give me hot and cold messages, even tries to draw my attention towards her by sharing some fun stuff. Hi Brad I have a question. My ex recently contacted me only 4 days after the breakup and in that time I went no contact after we agreed to stay friends which I now regret since I want them back. She checked up on me seen how I was how I was feeling, I told her I’m not doing too great and that I’ve been researching PTSD loads since that in my opinion seemed to end our relationship since she has PTSD. Our conversation went ok I guess then I resumed no contact with her after the conversation. My question is this. Have I in anyway sabotaged my chances of getting her back?

Yup. Creating a fake account is creepy. Think about how you'd feel when an ex you don't want to talk to yet (we can safely presume since your ex blocked you) stalked/messaged you out of the blue? Making those kinds of mistakes will only chip away at whatever chance you have left and you may have to consider moving on from this.
