I just discovered this year, when you have an abundance of fresh tomatoes at the end of summer, you can just take six or eight of them and put them into a ziplock and stick them in the freezer fresh tomatoes throughout winter, well kind of fresh tomatoes LOL I use them to put into red lentil Curry

You might consider overnight oats. I use maybe a mashed ripe banana or some dates and I put it into a mason jar with some maybe half a cup of raw oatmeal uncooked, I add to that a teeny bit of Vanilla some water tablespoon of cocoa powder and say I have a cup of water. I started stick it in the fridge and the next morning it is fantastic cold, or after dinner it makes a pretty yummy dessert while I'm watching TV also sometimes instead of chocolate I use peanut butter powder the sugar-free kind and add dates and or banana to that with the oats in the water and let it sit for a couple hours and yum! Again cold.
