Hello Sarah, yes, if you tune into any sadness in your system that is being suppressed or repressed or avoided for any reason and allow yourself to feel it and express it freely with love and compassion for your pain, this meditation can help you and support the transmutation and release of any such feelings 💙

Hello :) That's a great question. There are many ways and it can happen over time based on how active your analytical mind is and how long it usually takes you to get it out of the way so that you can achieve theta brain waves. Some specific breathing techniques can achieve that. You can find many on our free guided meditations website: www.theepicself.com (search for the category Breathing and you will find some meditations that will help you with that.). If you are open to hypnosis, of course, that's another great way (here's our page on hypnosis if that's of interest to you: www.dexterandalessandrina.com/hypnosis). And then of course there is mantra practice, which is a really powerful tool to entrain the mind into the theta state.). Ultimately, what's blocking the theta state are energies, thought forms, emotions, and karmas in one's system and by clearing those you can more easily access this state of mind. @@DexterandAlessandrina o tnx very much 🙏🙏 your reply is so informative and helpfull i research many things from bible to yoga magick energy work then what i understand is there is no correct path all techniques are used to fool the mind and make the mind believe in what you want so i decide to create single path single technique that works for all things so there is no need for 100 types of meditations or ways 1 way is used for everyting we need
