The thing about the Heian era is that they're very heavily implied to have all been solitary fighters, since sorcerers in that time period regularly fought eachother to the death just for crossing path with oneanother, so most of them probably fought Sukuna on their own. The reason why the current sorcerers lasted so long is because they're utilizing teamwork ( something that directly goes against Sukunas ideology of burning everything around you to get stronger), its also why Gojo specifically said that he wanted the " new generation " to be stronger than him, he didn't say he wanted Yuta, Hakari, Maki, Megumi or Yuji to be stronger than him but he always used the term " generation " because he knows that there'll never be an individual who's equal to him, but together they might surpass him
I think Gojo truly believed someone could surpass him. He's been a sorcerer for over 12 years. Those 5 students, along with the goat Todo and the other bums, had far less time. Yuta and Hakari are already closing the gap quickly. Maki had the movitation but needed her sister to die. Megumi might be stronger if he had a stronger will to fight. And Yuji.... Yuji is the goat fr. And then there's folks like Higuruma and Takaba who got their powers like a month ago and are already high class.
Honestly, I feel bad for Angel. If she had just body snatched Hana like the rest of the incarnated sorcerers, Jujutsu Kaisen would've ended twice before now. But she just had to end up sharing a body with the fraudulent bum only rivalled by Megumi Fushiguro.

It's crazy because Jacob's Ladder had already been established to really fuck Sukuna up. He had to trick Hana to get out of it the first time so for him to tank Ladder after all the damage he took up to this point is ridiculous.
@@alfalldoot6715 It's possible that Megami was holding Sukuna back during the ladder as well. Cause later on, Sukuna was about to kill Yuji with the slashes but Megami held back most of his power. That bath Sukuna took was extremely useful, or else Gojo woulda killed him with Megami's help
That was 15 finger sukuna in Megumi's body fresh off the switch without suppressing his vessel. Vs. 19 finger + head + evil bath Sukuna that reincarnated into his Heian era form. The differential in power here is magnitudes, and the difference in effectiveness makes perfect sense.

The only new thing Sukuna did after the uraume statement was a black flash. I doubt the statement was about any sort of hidden or unleashed, it was prolly just referring to his investment in the fight
I like to think Yuji's domain is a trip through the memories of the victim, and throught it Yuji "purifies" their soul until they die in the end of the trip and forces them to go through a reincarnation, therefore it's a train station But i also really like the idea of Sukuna being off screened lol Guess we'll see next week
Just my prediction but I think Sukuna will stop fighting and use his last remaining control over megumis body to give yuji a hug and forehead kiss while saying how proud he is of his nephew for doing a domain

I think hana is gonna come back. Angel is almost certainly a part of sukuna's backstory which hasn't been brought up yet, and is why I think hana is still relavent. Gege is cooking something there

Jacob’s Ladder has never extinguished a CT It has affected barriers and curse objects, but despite being called “Curse Technique Extinguisher” it has never extinguished a CT from any sorcerer Of which It hit sukuna twice Yuji Todo - the same guy who somehow got to Hana before Sukuna, I wonder how? Maybe he has some sort of teleportation technique and a thing called binding vows
I mean, we have never seen any technique be used while being hit by Angel, there is no definitive proof that it extingueshes CTs, but there is absolutely NO evidence that it doesnt do that. And no, Todo was not hit by Jacobs ladder, Sukuna was saying that he can just stay inside Jacobs ladder and be mostly safe bc Todo and Yuji would be hurt if they decided to enter it to follow him. But Todo just teleported with no target to teleport to (and no arm to do so) and saved Angel.

I think the Yuji-Sukuna scene is from the future because if Yuji's domain can hit the soul, Sukuna is legitimately cooked. As we saw, when Sukuna gets weak, he starts vomiting the fingers. With Yuji's domain, he can his sukuna 100% so sukina will vomit the fingers and Yuji will eat them and you know yuji will 😵 after it.
Sukuna really couldn't go all out at a certain point. He was playing around at first but the damage accumulated after back to back boss fights simply makes it so he can't just his full power. He couldn't even do something simple as regenerate his hands until now.
