Z-liner insoles have been a game-changer for me! I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and Peroneal Tendonitis in my right foot and these insoles have been instrumental in reducing my pain and getting me back out and running again. I have a pair of these insoles in every pair of shoes I own.

1. Washable - you don't have to worry about them getting gross. They are machine washable. (Please don't put them in the dryer. This seems like a bad idea.)
2. Excellent arch support. They slowly mold to your feet.

4. Excellent shock absorption. I run in these and they are excellent!
5. Breathable design.
6. Non-slip. Once you get them placed into your shoes they aren't going anywhere.
