Been on zapain for 8 years. It's the only thing i can take as have a hiatus hernia. In comparison to other pain killers like pregabs etc its pretty mild. I am obviously dependent but have cut down to 6 a day currently. Not easy when living with painful conditions.
I just can’t seem to sleep on zapain .. by the way I always sleep on the right And getting out of the Right side of the bed is not just a saying !! I can identify with your symptoms but can’t stop ruminating. It’s terror A year on I wonder how you are now and if your still on it . Hope your well 🙏
Hugh Jarse same here mate I get bad knee pain stiffness in my kness when I sleep which wakes me up. Having zapain takes away the stiffness in my kness but now I need them to sleep otherwise I can't. Are you still on them any advice?
How many do you take I didn't know they were any good until now just took 6 and got a can of Stella to take bed to take the edge off hopefully. I was a herion addict for years been taking methadone for about 3 weeks now it stopped me from getting a bag as soon as I get up cause withdrawals kick In. But need something more I ask for higher dose cause still using few times aweek still and will tomorrow and can't wait for it oh yes
