@@chucky29949 high compression and boost works well to an certain extent as long as it's not detonating it's fine tuner will take care if that high compression is more responsive
only thing you can remove is bumper covers, fenders, doors, and trunk lid/hatch assembly. would just looks stupid then and still be faster with the carbon due to wind resistance
Hey Adam! I'm from Greece and the fastest evo on earth is Greek!! It's being built from a mechanic called Spiros Panopoulos. He has a channel called extreme tuners and he tunes many exotic cars, too. Recently he invented something very odd..he 3d printed rods from carbon that can afford a lot of boost and they can afford up to 2000 horse power! I think you and everybody else should get in contact with him!! Extreme tuners!! 🇬🇷🇬🇷
Adam your videos are always one of the best parts of my day and I’m always excited to get to watch one of these and take a break from normal life for a few minutes at a time. You’re awesome and have the best content on RU-vid, thank you!
Rod Knock Garage he probably has, but theyve been sponsoring him for a while.... I seriously doubt the issues are big enough to warrant dropping one of his biggest and longest standing sponsors
I have to say this was one of the funniest videos I have watched from you! I watch all your videos and they are all very entertaining and enjoyable! Keep up the hard work and I hope to be able to make it to Florida for one of your open houses to meet you n the crew!!
@the_l0stchild the stock sleeves will be next to break yeah but there's a guy now on a built vq37 twin turbo making 1000whp on stock sleeves, so yeah the block itself is pretty strong
Going to be interesting. VQs can handle a lot once built. There are a few insane all motor builds, and there are some record breaker drag cars running VQs (I think current record is a 6.5 second car)
As a VQ35DE and VQ37VHR owner, anything north of 800hp, on the VQ37VHR engine, which you have, you better be Darton MID sleeving the block there brotato’chip. Also, definitely add an oil pan spacer from Z1 Motorsports. It comes pre-drilled for oil return lines in turbo cars, AND it’ll add a whole quart more of oil. Help keep oil temps cooler. Throw on a magnetic drain plug, and a NISMO oil pump. Good to go!
I feel like the videos are starting to have that og feel to them with a happy and funny adam, love the videos! been watching for years now keep up the hard work man !
get the Best most tensile straight Chains for the cams!! just like on the coyote 5.0's Port the exh on the Heads lots to be gained. My Fly's Wheels are always heat soaked when I replace them
Forsburg kept blowing the blocks apart, they didn't like the power being run through them with all the boost, that's why he went to the vr based motors. It was getting to a point of a motor per round he was going through
The timing was too amazing. @ 11:30 when you were like 'but how do you know where the bolts go', Alberto goes, uhhhh...and my YT startsbuffering. Thought it was an intentional edit lol.
You can run as high as 14:1 compression on e85, the octane is supportive of it considering is much less resistant to knock. I would have gone 12:1 on the build. You’d make the same power on much less boost but either way it’ll be cool!
While it was slipping it was helping you shit not break!! As soon as you stop the slip shit gonna break!! Need to put the slipper valve in the clutch line you can dump the clutch all day long and will help with the first drive line shock good cheap insurance and it's adjustable!!
High compression is more responsive and still can make lots of power with it and any good tuner will know how to tune it so it doesn't detonate and with high compression you need a lot less boost to make the same or more power
rushking19 yea higher compression just puts more stress on the rest of the engine components as well. ps your tiburon has the compression of a lawnmower
@@colinclarke9379 not really 🤷🏾♂️ but ok what ever you say high compression and boost can work just gotta know what you're doing lots of people do it ,my tiburon has 10.0:1 which isnt high or low but to me that's good enough for boost I rather have slightly higher and more response anyway only trade off is your more knock prone so you have to run higher octane fuel like e85 or high octane race gas , shit I may even go to 11.5:1. Or stay 10.0:1
