Over the last few years, what true boxing fan will not tip their hat and give respect to Parker? At this point, the guy has to be respected as a fighter and as a Class-A act as a human. The dude is fighting big names and putting up big time.

Just what I needed on a boring Monday night, Rummy to drop a banger.

Big Bang Zhang is my favorite current heavyweight, and Rummy is the best commentator - great video, and congratulations on 300!

Whoever wins, I'm just glad the heavyweights are getting time to shine again for now. I'm glad the best are actually fighting the best at long last!

To me, it’s all about Zhang’s gas tank. He’s always had stamina issues. If Zhang doesn’t end it early on, Parker may have the edge in the 2nd half of the fight.

This will be an interesting prediction. Been waiting for a decent preview of this one. Thanks Rummy.

Excellent preview, thanks for putting it together. I absolutely love both bouts set for 3/8/24. I agree with your prediction for Parker vs Zhang. Zhang is a scary good southpaw with serious power in both hands, and that sneaky right hand is a huge problem for any heavy. I would hate to see Parker viciously ko'd, and maybe he won't be, but it's hard to visualize Joe evading hard flush lefts for 12 rounds. Big power punching heavyweights with decent cardio and skills, and 12 round experience, are not easy to predict. One shot can totally end it at any time. I wouldn't feel to bad about mis-predicting heavies, we all do at times. Big congrats on #300, your work is very appreciated.

A real pickem fight. Zhang has the edge, in my opinion, but i can't bet against Parker. The man is on fire. Working with the great Andy Lee has really got him on the right path.

Zhilei Zhang vs. Joseph Parker for the WBO Interim HW Title will be a good fight! If Parker is healthy and has done his homework on boxing big south-paws, I will bet Parker wins a decision against Zhang. Parker has collected a lot of valuable ring experiences and fought fine opposition in the ring so he have a great chanse to win here. But he must be gritty in this fight like he was with Wilder and don't get clean hit by that big left!

Gotta agree with your pick. Zhang isn't a one trick pony like Wilder, and has much better defense to boot. If he keeps his jab going and prevents Parker from storming inside, he'll KO him before the midway point of the fight.

Boxing fights just don’t have the same aura anymore, when I watch Thai boxing you see a pure art form, art of 8 limbs, it’s beautiful to watch. I will always watch boxing but if you watch an amazing Thai bout vs amazing boxing bout you will see what I mean.

it's going to be interesting to see this, as long as joseph can go over 6 rounds of the fight, and give zhang a hard time like he did to deontay, than i'm sure jospeh will have no problem winning, because of zhang age and weight that mite tire him if they go the distance, or probably 6 rounds, if he doesn't attack zhang early in the fight, because if he does, zhang will have his day with joseph.

Love how he’s trained by Andy Lee, really enjoyed his career, and the fact that Andy Lee was taken on by the the Late Manny Steward, knowledge passes down and you can really see that in Parker. Can’t wait.

Would be crazy if Parker beats Zhang. Styles make fights but sometimes you do just assume that since Joyce beat Parker and Zhang beat Joyce, Zhang should beat Parker, but that might not be the case… If Parker pulls it off that’s a funny case of Rock, Paper, Scissors.

💯 agree, two really entertaining fights coming, particularly this one. It looks like it’s very mutual respect between the two guys but I like Parker in this one. Parker is bringing exactly what he said to the ring and you can see the difference. I like his movement and the fire in the belly is raging.

Should be a great fight! I'd personally favor Zhang. Good fight by guys that want to stay active and bring it at the top level!
