I HAVE THE ANSWER! You have to isolate the bad battery(batteries) and remove them completely. Trash them and replace them with good batteries. You should have the extra 3 that came with the gimbal. Swap out the good one for the bad one(s) and you'll be back up and running!

Nice video! I‘m not sure if you still answer to these videos but you might be my last hope. My Transmount Battery pack shows a permanent 3rd LED always on. No LED except the 3rd one is always on and I cannot turn on or off the battery pack. It will be the same when I remove them, leave them out or leave it at idle for long time. What does it mean if the LED (3rd from the right to left) is always on? Thanks in advance! (This is a brand new 3S Pro set)

1 year later, but for people (like me) who are looking for this answer (I just bought one and opening the manual looking for answers); In the manual it says you can charge it via the included USB-C cable by connecting USB-C port on it to power adapter (not provided). User may use power adapter that supports USB Power Delivery (USB-PD) to charge the battery pack. The maximum charging power of the battery pack is 30W. Charging non ZHIYUN 18650-2600mAh 3.6V Li-ion batteries with the battery pack is forbidden! Charging or discharging the battery pack must be conducted with all 6 batteries at the same state of charge. Otherwise the batteries may be damaged by over charging or over discharging. So I bought a Nitecore li-ion charger with this, thinking I could buy more batteries (non zhiyun ones or zhiyun ones) and charge them in that thing. But if should believe the manual it's better to just charge them within this battery pack with all 6 equal charged batteries, instead of individual battery charging in a seperate charger. I wonder how it works then when you want to use your spare ZHIYUN 18650-2600mAh's. Do we need to charge them in the battery pack and when full take them all out and store these as backup (as a pack). Or can we just easily put in 6 same charged (assuming full) that were charged at the same time, but individually in a li-ion charger (in my case I bought a 8 at the same time one). Kind of unclear really, if you ask me.

I bought one and I couldn’t use it. The power pack would not power my ninja v monitor I’ve order 4 different cables it never worked. But powered the crane and I didn’t even try to use my dummy battery for my eos r. I just bought a fxlion nano. It powers my entire rig. Using d tap splitter. The only reason I kept this was for the mounting plate and dtap cable for crane.

This power pack is the most unreliable piece of camera kit I’ve ever owned. Unstable charging, inconsistent power outage and now the piece of shit doesn’t even turn on. How the hell does anyone get this to work?

The button to turn my power pack on doesn’t work or isn’t responsive. Any ideas? It also says it is at half power and the LEDs only show when I plug in for charging

do you feel the button is broken or maybe it still works? inside the pack there are 6 battery cells, just to check if it might have some broken ones, try take 3 of them out and put in the original 3 batteries that came from the gimbal itself and insert them in the pack and try again, do try remember do which ones are which not to completely mix them up and see if it might work, if it works, then def contact zhiyun support and they should replace the broken ones

My battery pack does not power anything. No matter how long I charge it the LED indicators show they are empty. The LED's also only function when I plug it into the wall to show that it has begun "charging" I don't think it is really charging however. Yes I removed the film and tried swapping the batteries. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi, in this case I'd suggest to figure out if its the battery pack issue or charger issue, if u take the batteries out of the battery pack and charge them 2 times 3 batteries with the normal charger, put them back in and see if it works. If not, then the batteries have a problem if it works, then the battery pack case has a problem. In either way I'd then contact Zhiyun support with the service card and let them have it replaced

Just to follow up. I reached out to Zhiyun and they approved for me to return the item and get a replacement. The battery ended up smoking before I returned it so it was obvious something was wrong. I was nervous because I haven’t heard the best things about their cutler service, but luckily they were clutch.

yea, wasting A LOT of time trying to find out the best way to charge this. bought the pro kit. ALSO, it would be GREAT if you guys actually made a video from start to finish on how to put it together, balance it, etc for those of us who value our time.. I'm not trying to be a jerk but this is really bothering me. instead of hunting for each individual thing on your website. nothing is in order and I'm new to this. I've spent all day on new gear and MOST of the day consists of your product. completely unnecessary js... other than that, good product.
