Zhiyun Crane 3S OFFICIAL tutorials D2 image transmission has no signal 

One additional thing that helped me was you need to double tap the power button on the receiver for the signal to be sent through. I was having trouble viewing the footage on my monitor, all I was seeing was the Zhiyun logo. But my brother read in the manual that you have to press the power button twice (once everything is connected) and it worked! Hope this helps!

Mmmm..followed your instructions over and over again and still not receiving a signal, even though my iPad and iPhone receive it nonetheless. Is there any way to update the firmware on the receiver ONLY. Also, is there anyway to reset both devices and start from scratch?

I found the Zhiyun wi-fi on my phone and connected to it no problem. (after it sent me to the ZY Play settings screen from the first connection attempt) But now when I go back to the app like you said, it states that it didn't detect a device? When I click on it to connect it keeps sending me back to the Zhiyun settings screen. Need a little assistance if you can help.

I purchase the remote and receiver. Not sure when i connected both via usb to copy settings is i copy the receiver to the transmitter on accident. Now i can get no picture on the transmitter alone. Is so frustrating to deal. I purchase the pro package in early november is today i cant get it to work properly FRUSTRATIONS over 1500 expend and doesnt work Marcel can you help please

i just get a white blank screen with the logo Zhiyun...all the light are green. I use it without stabliser jsute camera>transmitter translitter>monitor feelworld . did I odo something wrong? they are paired

Hi. I installed per instructions. Couldn't connect to it using ZY Play at first but then read a comment that suggested turning off data access on my cell. That solved the problem. I was immediately able to connect. The image I get is amazing with little noticeable lag. The only issue is that the gimbal is too responsive to the joystick or motion control. Is there a way to reduced the sensitivity so that I allows for slower response?

Have you tried to transmit the signal from your Red Dsmc2 to a monitor? I’d love to see if it’s possible so I might rig up my very own follow focus system on a budget . Thank you

I'm having problems with my receiver. Transmitter works fine with my smart phone but it's not connecting with my receiver. I've paired it several times and followed the tutorials on the Zhiyun website. Are there any more tutorials for trouble shooting?

What was the issue with the older monitor? Beyond HDMI Are there specific requirements from the monitor?

I just bought the Crane 3S Pro, For use it with my Sony FX9 (last update on it) And when i want to use the wireless image modul it doesn't work. But when i try with my sony Alpha 7SII it is working fine. I don't understand, I set the output video signal hdmi on HD How i can do Thanks for your help

Hi all. I was wondering if i could get some help/advice. I am having trouble with the Zhiyun motion remote. It is showing no connection to my Crane 3S. There is video between the transmitter and receiver just fine. I have update the firmware on all items. The crane is v1.80, trans/receiver are v2.07 and the remote is v1.83. I have tried multiple cables and still nothing. Any advice would be great. Many thanks.

My receiver just does not work anymore. HDMI signal is 1080p25, paired a thousand times, but I only see the Zhiyun logo on my Shinobi. Through my iPhone and ZyPlay I see a LIVE image from the transmitter. But the receiver does not work any more. Green light is on constantly. If OTA is the firmware, then I have version 2.01. Can there be another reason why it does not work that is not included in this video? Mein Receiver funktioniert einfach nicht mehr. HDMI Signal ist 1080p25, tausendmal gepaired, aber ich sehe auf dem Monitor nur das Zhiyun Logo. Über mein iPhone und ZyPlay sehe ich ein LIVE Bild vom Transmitter. Aber der Receiver will nicht mehr. Grüne Lampe leuchtet konstant. Wenn OTA die Firmware ist, dann ist es Version 2.01. Kann es noch einen Grund geben, weswegen es nicht geht, der nicht in diesem Video enthalten ist?
