I love zucchini flowers! I wasn't the biggest fan of them growing up because I thought it was strange to eat a flower. But everyone else in my family loves them and I do too now! I wish you could find them more often. In our family, we have a recipe from my great-grandmother for stuffed zucchini flowers. I will have to try them in a frittata now!
Too bad I did not see finished product. Aren’t the flowers supposed to be stuffed? I would definitely try it but where I live in North Carolina they would say what kind of flowers what that’s because I’m no longer in New York they have no idea about anything here
You did not film this today cause you don't have your new stove it your old white one. I get it you probably flim it when the flowers weren't available for everyone to find. Being spring now the flowers will be available very soon.
