They would call it 「アメリカアニメ」 American Anime in Japan though :) They also call it「海外アニメ」 > Overseas anime, because not every cartoon is American. But if you want to stick to cartoon it is 「カートゥーンアニメ 」> Cartoon anime
Can someone who knows Japanese provide a direct translation for some of these lines? I’m fascinated by the differences made from one language to another.
Mr.Flyn, you gotta change the description. Zuko from Book1/2 were played by Fukazu, but Book3's VA is Shunsuke Nakata/中田 俊輔（whose name is exactly the same as the famous soccer player）
