I think as soon as he got freedom of letting go of idol image, he did, all of a sudden. And probably because idols start young he was and is very inmature, out of touch with many things of the world like the depth of misoginy, racism, and stuff. i think the problem is they can't give her too many lines with how the songs are currently written because her range is lower than the other members. that "every second" cover is like an octave lower than most itzy songs...it's in my range and i'm a dude.

was listening back to day6 musics live performance, and eveyrtime im cringed it is mostly in Jae's part. his live are generally very unstable and could destroy the whole songs. i think his voice is not suitable for day6 concepts.

The big 3 will always exist thanks to their legacy dating back to the 80s-90s. Its about their legacy and impact on KPOP. yall can argue HYBE is part of it but they don't have the impact nor legacy of the big 3 as much as yall want it to. its like comparing decades of culture and history to recent events that's popular now.
Agencies under hybe are players too. They chose very well who to acquire. They know real talent. New Jeans for example. New but Hybe supported them. So they knew this group has unique talent. Still YG produces great girl groups. Babymonster is just around the corner.
Ill miss jae in day6 😔 it wont be the same without him. Im still a really big fan of his and used to look up to him alot. No ones perfect we and even with all his flaws, i think he tries to better himself so I'll continue to support him.

The big 3 does not mean the biggest, it is a factor but the *big 3* are the companies that made kpop, well kpop. hybe would not even exist if it wasn't for the big 3, specifically jyp. People always say that jyp is not in the big 3, but they literally made the industry along with sm and yg, with group such as wonder girls, miss A, 2pm, snsd, shinee, exo, big bang and 2ne1, the idols of idols. The kpop trainee system that hybe most likely use would not exist without sm, the american market wouldn't be as desirable if not for sm and jyp, and jyp house twice, the group with the highest amount of album sales period. In addition, the girl crush / bada$$ image wouldn't be as used now if it wasn't for yg, as much as we might not like them as a company. Yes hybe has pioneered concepts such as newjeans' y2k concept but they wouldn't even exist if it wasn't for the impact of the *big 3*, which are sm, yg, and jyp. I have lots of arguments as to why it is the big 3 and not the big 4 so I'd like to hear any arguements against my points. But keep it nice and respectful please <33

@@sorntrash It's not the big 4. Hybe never wouldn't be anything without BTS. If BTS flopped, Hybe would've shut down. Imagine if BTS were not world-widely successful, but were still popular, other groups debuting under hybe wouldn't have gotten the same amount of popularity. Meaning that Bts would be the only group popular and the others who debut after wouldn't. Like saying the company had one popular group but their others flopped. BTS's world wide success helped the company become more popular. Without BTS hybe would be nothing. But if you look at the big 3, they've had multiple groups who got popular in their own way. SM had the first girl group S.E.S (Who I guess were popular), they then had groups like SHINee, SNSD, EXO etc. get popular too in their own ways. If you debuted under HYBE now, it's instant success thanks to BTS, but if you look before BTS, like at Hybe (big hit's) girl group GLAM, they didn't have any popularity. HYBE only started getting more popular due to BTS in the later years of their career, but YG, SM & JYP are some of the OG companies who've been getting more recognized since way before BTS. But the reality of things is that, it's not about Popularity only. The big 3 were the original 3 companies to make an impact (the big 3 were different companies before, but the others failed actually). Hybe can never be Big 3 making it the Big 4, because they were never there since the beginning impacting kpop. It was only in their later years, and without BTS, hybe wouldn't have survived, but in the big 3 like YG for example, without 2NE1, Bigbang can still survive. All the groups under Hybe and Hybe's sublabel are because of what BTS did for the company. They're the Hybe helpers and without them there would be no TXT, ILLIT, LESSERAFIM, NEWJEANS, ENHYPEN. Heck, there wouldn't be no hybe, because bighit would be a forgotten label who didn't make it far. Edit: I'm not a hybe hater. Considering the fact that it isn't the so called 'Big 3' that puts more into the South Korean Economy with all their priviledge, control of South Korean Media and number of individual groups I think they've become so used to resting on their Laurels and just tend to follow the same format over and over again rather than really invest in their groups in fact stagnation. They are on a losing battle unless at the present time. Where as HYBE/BigHit are now in different league altogether they're in the same league as companies such as Samsung and Hyundi. I really believe the so call Big 3 are too invested in control rather then allowing their artist to grow/develop their own style.
