Why would the appeals court hear the appeal if they agreed with McAfee's decision? This is bad. Why in the hell couldn't they keep their pants on until after the case was over? Have they never heard the old adage "don't mix business and pleasure"... As important as this case it, hard to believe they didn't think it would be better to wait until the case was resolved and Wade's divorce was final. The incompetency of people who have that much power is disgusting.

It's called an interlocutory appeal. It's an emergency appeal to a higher court to answer a question that a single judge can't answer alone. It would be incompetence to just ignore legal issues especially when the Trump campaign is claiming the judge didn't follow ga law. It's your legal system at work buddy!

Merrick Garland is a Republican, so there goes that theory. He's just timid and has a reputation for being methodical and closing cases. The dynamics with Israel didn't help but he's killing himself not locking up Robert Kraft and Dershowitz. It's a better idea for a Jewish DA to lock up high level criminals who happen to be Jewish. So far seems like easy arrest Alan Dershowitz being passed over is a bad sign that Merrick Garland is afraid of Mossad. Mossad is a clown show. Ultimately all Mossad is doing is protecting wealthy sex offenders. Who can live with themselves doing that?
