Seeing as I've had it for a decade, I should probably actually play the Dragonborn DLC. Just found a mod that turns that shithole island into a green lush one.
I know that the Guard's dialogue at the end isn't exclusive to him but it reminded me of something that happened to me recently. I had a mod that removed every NPCs essential status if they had any because I wanted to put an end to all the remaining Imperial camps and I left it on while playing through "Missing in action" When I played it earlier and Avulstein survived I could tell Thorvald "He's still back there" which didn't make much sense to me because why would Avulstein stay inside the prison when his brother is freed? I reloaded a save because of a problem unrelated to this and played it again and Avulstein and everyone else died. The conversation with Thorvald was different, this time I could tell him "He didn't make it" and he replied with "Oh Avulstein, you stupid boy" and spoke about his brother's death. It was weird to me because Avulstein is marked "always essential"
Dark elf’s are the coolest fuckers in the tes series mainly because of their nationalism which makes them extremely racist. I just wish they had better racial stats nord seems to be the goat in all tes games. In Morrowind if you play as a nord and get your hands on the Dragonbone cuirass, you’ll have 100% resist fire, 100% resist frost, and 50% resist shock, basically making you a beast against any mage.
This happened to me by accident. I had set fire to a couple of bee hives when I got attacked by a fire dragon which burnt two extra hives. I did restart from the last save but the dragon attacked again and the same thing happened. After the third try I just gave up and went back to the thieves guide where no one was happy.
Simple. Get the “black market” power from one of the black books on solstheim and use it to summon the daedric trader. He has a chance to have dragon plate armor for sale. If he doesn’t have it, simply wait 24 hours and call him again. Repeat until you have a full set.
Bethesda games walk a strangely fine line between giving players choices and keeping things rigid, a Bethesda game might not have a lot of alternate choices to make but they’re packed with hidden events and details you otherwise wouldn’t see unless you decided to try it
I Had started with few black books and defeated alduin and miraak comes to Skyrim to suck my dragon souls, so why he didn't kill alduin if he came to visit in Skyrim
I saved him by accident yesterday on my playthrough, after the peace council fast travel to dragonsreach them go to where you trap the dragon, cast the shout, wait 1 hour go to the jaarl then tell him you’re ready and proceed to do the rest normally. I swear it was all by accident.
