I am from Mississippi so have a "Southern" accent. Some like it and some don't. At this point in my life I can't change it (ha) so I hope you enjoy the videos anyway.
We have put together these films in the hopes of allowing those who have a passion for "Documentaries" a chance to step back in time for a brief period. We are by no means professionals, but seeing through the eyes of an amateur is sometimes the best view.
So sit back, let us drive and we will travel back to a time when some of these people walked the earth, and peek into the tragic events that made them who they were.
P.S. We are trying to improve our videos as we make more. We are pretty much learning as we go. You should notice an improvement in the video and audio quality .......or at least we hope you do!
Well done. A lot packed into a short time. However, he missed one important one; Will hosted and narrated the PBS series "Images Of Indians." It was a five part series on the Hollywood stereotyping of Native Americans.
However it has been said that Billy was not the one shot their that night but a young man who was hanging around Billy it been said Billy saw the deputy first and sent the young Mexican boy in to ask who the gentleman were and that’s who was shot a Man later on in 1937 was identified in a hospital bed with the same body markings and scars as Billy was said to have told the Dr I’m Billy the kid
All these Disney stories about Snow White and Cinderella the blonde princess!..have built up people’s minds!! What about if she were black big nose and curly hair?…would she be beautiful?…Bah!
My favorite singer Hank Williams. When I was 15 years old, I would play Willama records, and sing along for two hours a night. My music teachers liked my voice when the class sang songs. I never made big time because of serious family problems... My family decaed though the years ..
****WATCH 23MINUTES IN HELL BY BILL WEISS SUPERNATURAL NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE.**DOES LIFE EXIST AFTER DEATH?**WATCH THIS THOUGHT PROVOKING STORY AND FIND OUT*****
A few factual errors to correct: Wyatt Earp died in 1929, not 1924, and lived to see his famous exploits re-enacted on the silver screen many times, though with scant regard for historical accuracy. Indeed, he was asked to serve as a consultant on early westerns, mixed and mingled with the Hollywood crowd to at least some extent, and when he passed away the pallbearers included his friends, the famous Hollywood cowboys William S. Hart and Tom Mix. It was a remarkable end to a remarkable life.
I remember Wyatt Earp being the kind of man to make things right no one was allowed to get into Tombstone unless they turned in their firearms and turned them over to judge Spicer the Earo brothers wanted to bring law and order to Tombstone Wyatt Earp was'nt looking for trouble, but he was ready for any that came his way I read the book saw the movie
I've studied this case since I was a youth growing up in Creek Co. Okla and for a reason. Nix was a native of McAlester Okla. He was the leader of the Dixie Mafia. A smaller spin-off group thrived, beat robbed and killed people in Creek Co. They identified themselves as the "Little Dixie Mafia" . FACT they operated out of a bar/club west of Sapulpa on Hwy 66.
Mr. Skinner adds a great personal note at the end when he mentions a friend who was losing her battle against cancer until she entered the John Wayne Cancer Center (established by Duke's children in his honor), and believes to this day that she wouldn't still be alive but for the charitable actions of Duke and his children. Six years now have elapsed since this video was released; I hope she's still alive and doing well.
His most monumental acting role was the one he portrayed every day of his life as a heterosexual man. He could have chosen his beards more wisely, imagine being married to those shrews without even the occasional participation consolation of some Hungarian mouse ear. Tragic.
Slim Pickens was a true American cowboy and a true patriotic American.People, there are no more people in America like Slim Pickens. His era will never come to pass again.
The thumbs up wouldn't work! So just know , huge thumbs up. This statue was in our Mooney Grove Park in Visalia, Ca. So grew up with this fabulous statue. It is where it belongs. It's stunning.
I’m from Greenville Mississippi, and my grandmother always had told me about this food. She told me that portions of the city is still underwater. The black population there never regained their equity in that particular community. That’s why I’m here on just being curious about those stories
I remember attending the performance at the Circle Star Theater, San Carlos, CA. Still have the program. Such a horrific story --never knew he went through so much. What a trouper!!! Still to this day listen to his music. Nice tribute --THANK YOU.
Jill probably made him sign the Will without him knowing what he was signing! Why6 moths before his death? Cos she knew he was unwell. Orrr she forged his signature
“FATE DENIED THEM VICTORY BUT GAVE THEM A GLORIOUS IMMORTALITY” *Sic Semper Tyrannis* Yankee hypocrisy has been on steroids since the 1850 Missouri Compromise. Yankees hate any discussion of the NY Riots that took place bc wealthy NY Yankees hired incoming Irish immigrants to take their place in the War for Southern Independence. *The Yankees were and continue to be the definition of hypocrisy and cowardice*
I am not one of the super Skynyrd fans, but i grew up at the time where if you turned on any radio station for a few minutes you would surely hear the band. Early on when it was stated that fans wouldn't hear the band for 10 years after the crash? WRONG. The band ended on that fateful day. The "tribute " band was not Lynard Skynyrd its just a bunch of have beens trying to make some money.
One of the best Daddy-Daughter dates I ever had. Spending the day walking around Tombstone with my dad on my 50th birthday. Such a great memory and I have a picture to remind me every day. I'm pretty sure it was taken at Flys Photography. R.I.P. Daddy ❤
James William Boyd (1822 - after 1865) was an American Confederate military officer who was alleged in a conspiracy theory to have been killed in the place of John Wilkes Booth, the assassin of U.S. President Abraham Lincoln, due to their resemblance.
I wish I had driven them (sure & lucky) in the green rover, they could have argued in the back seat and the other driver would have driven the luggage behind in the brown Rover
