How would history have been changed if the Wehrmacht had been bogged down after 2 years in Poland? What if the Wehrmacht had invaded Poland and not brought enough fuel or food to reach Warsaw? What if the Luftwaffe was not able have air dominance after 2 years in Poland? Why are all of the armchair generals ignoring the incompetence of the invader? This war should have been over in 3 weeks, or 3 months at most. What if Poland had invaded Germany in 1941? Would anyone still be saying Germany was going to win?

How can everyone have the assumption that Russia is so hostile to the rest of western Europe if they don't even care about that amount of border 'un-protected' ? It does not make sense and it does not fit the narrative of them wanting to march on Germany, Poland and Baltics etc...Could it ALL be propaganda to get more support ? That would be called decieving your audience.
Let me give you one piece of advice, whenever a border is secured by built-up military emplacements, it is already defeated. This is reinforced with examples such as the Great China Wall, the Maginot Line, and Hadrian's Wall. There are several more examples. This begs the question, could a fence and wall along the southern border of the United States of America actually work with this wisdom in mind? The short answer is yes because that structure wouldn't be fortified, and it wouldn't be for military purposes. The wall or fence would be part of a multilayered system with checks and balances, but it will ultimately fail. That failure will be okay, though, as it will occur within the scope of the system in which it will be placed, and it will be remedied to make it functional again.

President Trump severely scolded Germany (publicly) and the EU for hooking up with Russia as energy partners over seven years ago. He warned them! well before Russia invaded Western Ukraine. Yet you fail to recognize Trumps foresight on this problem and support Biden because he keeps writing blank checks to Ukraine. I support Ukraine- but Europe MUST take the lead, politically AND financially to solve this problem. You all need to borrow $300 billion dollars and fend this off- I'm done having the USA borrow money to defend Europe. Just saying. Step up!
