Interesting note! It definitely depends what type of stretching you do. If you need a training companion to your riding, check out our full platform! www.dynamiccyclist.com
Tried this but my lack of balance prevented me from completing this. Are there any videos to help improve balance and videos for that do not require balance.
I am elderly. I recently got a new bike for exercise. I love riding it. However, one thing I didn't expect. It is really difficult to lift my leg over the bike to mount the bike. Are there any excersizes or stretches to work on that side angle ot raising my leg to lift it over the bike?
I joined the road-bike world after watching animations, Long Ride and Yowamushi Pedal. But one century ride really damaged my knee, I think its Anterior/Posterior cruciate ligament pain or somewhat, because its inside pain. It usually occurs after 50km distance with decent paddle work. Now I'm glad that I didn't spend too much on my road bike
Wow that was awesome I feel so much better now on my hip flexors because last night I started having muscle cramps in that area I know it's because it's often overlooked same thing with the pelvic floor area and the ankle area
Thank you so much young lady!! I'm a 63 year old with a debilitated body that still likes to ride. For years I was doing static stretches only after my workouts. This is a great pre warmup much better than just the standard squats only to prep for ride.
I like the 10min version. The one on the top of the list. Began only doing it at races. Now I do it before any activity which means pretty much every day! 😊
Thanks so much for this video. I'm coming out of a long recovery from "sciatica" and put my bike on rollers to ease back into cycling. Just 10 minutes a day with rest in between days and I can barely walk afterwards. Quads feel torn, front of hip joints feels like they were hit with a bat, and glute tendons feel inflamed. Not able to sleep either. I will try this stretch
