You can use Scotts Disease X the preventative and curative rates are on back of the bag. When I had a fungus I used this spray in addition to scotts disease x.
@lawnamateur. I'm very new at lawn care and have been watching all your vids. I'm in Delaware and I'm fighting heat stress and melting out it looks to me. I just got some lawn root moisturizer and bioadvance fungicide spray. Which should I spray first?. any advice on if I need to wait between Appling both products? Thanks in advance.
One year I'll aerate and overseed late summer and then late fall winterize the lawn by fertilizing and pre emergent. Next year I'll dethatch and overseed and winterize the lawn with fertilizer and pre emergent
@LawnAmateur thank you. Also, I'm in DC, is it to late to apply the liquid fertilizer for fungus. I am also seeing that as well. The bottle says to not apply in high heat. And it is hot in DC.
@TMYPiscesSunandMoonRising5548 you can still apply it just apply it in early morning or later in the evening. Don't apply it in direct sunlight if it's too hot.
Not to disparage any products that work because this one does. BUT….I just dealt with a few brown spots in my lawn due to hydrophobic soil and I used baby shampoo and water. Sprayed yesterday and just got home from work (6:30pm) and I already notice a huge difference! I’m shocked. Whether you use this product or baby shampoo, both will fix your hydrophobic soil. Amazing.
Hard to find the bioadvanced root moisturizer. Amazon has a limited supply it seems. Lucky for me, we've had close to record amounts of rain this spring in WI.
What size hose do you use? 5/8 or 3/4? Only asking because I've read 3/4 hose has better flow which in turn will help with sprinklers. I'm looking for something that will increase the pressure/flow.
I have a feeling it worked for me. but I have such a large area that I think I am not able to keep up with water needs. I water... but hard to tell this product actually made a difference for me. Looks the same as always when I water last year, but could be the record breaking 100F days causing the inability to tell, so I guess it depends on your soil condition on how well this product works. I have bermuda. (South Carolina/ near charlotte north Carolina)
@@LawnAmateur yeah. Wild days. Today was the worse. All plants just got soft…. Watered at night so it does not evaporate and give lawn a chance to recover at night
Thank you for your videos I’m always learning something from your videos and I started doing something different to my lawn since seeing your videos,,,all I can say is Thank you
This was awesome bro. No wonder you have one of the greenest lawns on RU-vid. My problem is half my lawn is in the shade all morning and stays wet. Another part in full sun and dries out. It's hard to balance it all out. I like your sprinkler set up 👍
Newer controllers have a soaker option, see if you can try that. Say you have a 15 minute cycle. It will run 10 min. turn off for the soil soak and then turn on again to complete the cycle.
