All of your videos are awesome! This one has been VERY helpful for me and my Angel. It helped me to realize I wasn't doing this properly. Thank TONS! ❤
My female peach-faced lovebird does EXACTLY the same wing-spreading thing when I sweep with a broom. I think it’s the sound she likes, because she acts the same around tiny brush and pans. I’m soooo confused, why is she into the broom? Does anyone know?
I have to say, i have had a similar experience with my quaker and i think that these medium and larger parrots seem to be really good about being choosy about where they poop, therefor becoming easy to train. Mine would always do a squat dance to let me know he was going to poop and would let me set him in his spot or just poop from my finger over his spot if he couldnt hold much longer. Parrots are insanely intelligent and i think they dont want to poop on us because they love us too much. 😂
How have you become friends with both of them? I asked online and they said I should just give up cause my lovebirds will not want to be friends with me cause I have two of them
Almost all of my lovebirds were raised by me so even though they are around other birds they still love me too. I rescued the blue one in this video, along with his mate and was able to handle both. It just takes time to earn their trust. It can be done.
I've been deeply struggling with depression and finding your channel helps me see the beauty in life again. That mommy birb loves you and trusts you to watch her vulnerable feeding moments with her hatchling. She fears you none in a very instinctual time in her life. THATS BEAUTIFUL.😭💗
Haha, 0:48 Mama bird: "shes not disturbed by the light" Song: " Let the light shine through" Not sure if intentional, but a nice addition to this beauriful video
A bird bonding activity, gotta love when they feel that comfortable they request that you itchy scritchy! It’s an itchy feeling for them so Rio 33 years old and with me since she was 10 months old, begs I scratch her around all her pins. She takes care of everywhere but where she can’t reach with her beak. The top of head back of the neck and under their chinny chin chin! 🤷🏼♀️🦜😎
