Highly informative. I am glad to see your RCTs ending good short of the radiographic apex thus preserving the apical constriction. Nowadays everyone wants to end at the radiographic apex so the puff and laterals may look good for the social media posts. I am a big fan of preserving the constriction ideology. Following Dr. Domenico Ricucci for the same. Hope to meet you someday in an Endodontic Conference.
Thanks a lot sir.....my sir who is endodontist do rct without use of hypo.....but some dentist say it's impossible to do rct without hypo.....bcoz I do the same what I lear from my sir.....so sir is that my sir is wrong... while he is good practicener.
Hello Sodium hypochlorite is the best irrigant for RCT till date. But many clinicians avoid using it because it is must to place rubber dam before using hypochlorite to avoid its harmful effects on oral tissues. But if you still want to use it dilute it to 0.5 to 1 % and then use. 🙏🙏
@@Endocrisps thanks a lot sir for reply......so sir if we are not using it.....and we only irrigate by Normal saline in irreversible pulpitis case.....there is no problem or we most use of Sodium hypochlorite in every cases of RCT.....please reply sir last question.
