I still love the first movie quite a lot. It has charm, humour, memorable characters, nice visuals, and an interesting premise. That bit where Sam accidentally swings her legs into Flint's eyes still gets a chuckle out of me to this day. The sequel has a lot of similar praises, such as the visuals, premise and a few solid jokes, but it doesn't hit quite as hard.
Moana 2 not only looks kinda cheap compared to the actual Moana, but it's plot is STRAIGHT OUT of an animated series, like idk how they're gonna tie the episodes together or if it's gonna be a movie pilot like a megamind NOT TWO
It was a nice movie- but we got unlucky with the audience. A kid running around, banging our seats and stuff really got to me. I feel like I would’ve really enjoyed it if it was at home/better audience
with the comedy thing in the beginning i think in simpler terms maybe you were trying to say that even if the comrdy is good or even great, if the rest of the story isn’t then the comedy doesn’t feel earned and in turn still feels flat
I mean to be fair Inside Out 2 wasn’t pushed out. It has the same release date as it originally had, they just moved back Elio, most likely because the Disney overlords felt sequels needed to be prioritized after the box office failures of Wish and other recent movies
There was always a reason this was my favourite movie when I was younger. It was just so funny, no matter how many times you watched it. (And believe me, I watched it MANY times.)
As you can tell, im back with normal uploads and shorts :) Going on a trip soon so been trying to get out a lot of content (this is it haha). Hope you enjoy them!
11:30 I get what you're saying dude... but who in their right mind would ever classify taking a homeless cat home as "kidnapping"? I know it's from the perspective of the father, but if you noticed when Vic sees Garfield with Jon at the restaurant he looks at the plate with the tiny half eaten fish in his hand, then looks up at the food Jon is offering Garfield, and then he smiles, realising that his son is in good care and doesn't need him. What he fails to realize though IS that Garfield would still need him as a father figure, instead of just watching his son from a tree.
I remember reading nimona a few years back and was shocked there was a movie, I absolutely loved it and they remained very faithful to the book which is nice
