This is the third recipe of yours I do and again it’s come out too dry, what I’ve realized is that you put too much time, I follow all your instructions I don’t have a fan in my oven so I put the regular temp which works for all my recipes and I never have this issue with any other recipe I follow but after three recipes of yours I’ve realized they are good recipes but I just need to lower the time, I did 28 minutes on these and that was way too long, definitely do around 22-25 if you want them soft and gooey in the middle like hers.

Hi Sis, I have a question. Doesn't all the mixing of the frosting make it softer? The sugar releasing liquid? Mine frosting keeps getting water regardless how much sugar I add

I have tried a few red velvet recipes including this one this evening and I dont know what am I doing wrong it doesn't turn out well😢 It rises and then halfway in the oven it falls and comes out almost flat and chewy nothing velvety about it what so ever😓😓 I dont know what am I doing wrong 😢
This cake is delicious, I baked it in a large pan and served it without any creams. I added 200g of sugar and a 100g bar of white chocolate. The cake disappeared in 15 minutes.
