Much hyped aircrafts are being used as trainer aircraft by best FTOs in India at present. The operational history is impeccable so far. Ownership cost is relatively high than similar aircrafts. But biggest problems in India that even elite affluent class can not afford due to limited navigational support and own airstrips.
Just what we need -- teach more pilots to be addicted to tech instead of developing the stick and rudder sticks they should have. It's like today's teens trying to back up a car without using a camera. The tech is cool, but anyone who thinks an examiner is going to let you use that on a checkride is delusional.
Excellent sales pitch for the DA the whole way through, a lot of the points in its favour justified truth be told. Slick salesman with some flaws in his technical understanding shining through here and there, like the purpose of the struts is to help carry the weight of the wings LOL.
I like the TTX more, but if I had the money, I would pick the Cirrus. Why? Simple, Who wants to have a discontinued airplane instead of an airplane that is still being produced? I wonder why they stopped making the TTX, such as nice airplane
The 172 is a proven design but it’s absurd to pretend like we haven’t learned things in the years since it was first designed. It’s good to see manufacturers pushing technology forward
Would love to own one. Sadly GA is just ridiculously expensive. Not sure I’ll ever be able to afford a $500-600,000 airplane. Shit, my current 70 year old aircraft cost me $60k lol. Just insane.
