At 0:52 of your presentation regarding glyphosate, I believe you have made an error. Glyphosate is not a pesticide. If you research this, you’ll find that it is an herbicide. And yes, it is very toxic and should be banned.

3 timrs a WEEK?!? If we eat plenty of raw produce it's twice or 3 times per day because we are well hydrated and it gets us miving nicely. And eating meat without fiber does cause constipation in me at least! I did the experiment.

I actually drink Epsom salts when I am severely constipated. It always helps since I get blockages.

I bought magnesium glycinate and special ordered the B1 for my constipated cat. It worked. I tried everything on YT and other sites to help him have a bowel movement and he had one after I gave him these two nutrients. Nothing else worked.

As a 70 year old the only time I require a laxative is preparing for a colonoscopy. I enjoy a high fiber low carbohydrate diet as a type 1 diabetic. My routine includes walking at least four miles daily. Only eat red meat on special occasions. Fish is my favorite protein. Get a bit of protein from the collection of raw nuts I eat daily. Love combining four tablespoons of whole milk fat yogurt with 3/4 cup of fresh blueberries for breakfast along with a bowl of cooked rolled or steel cut oats. I get plenty of magnesium from three bowls of lentil soup weekly. Be well and don't touch any super processed foods including beverages.

Amazing!!!!! I have had chronic digestive problems with serious constipation/diarrhoea and bloating for 3+ years and my doctor is insistent I have IBS-c. I spend all day popping pills he prescribes me to deal with the pain, it has taken over my life with depression and even not being able to go out. 5 days ago I was listening to Lancelot and bought Thiamine and Magnesium and started taking it. In a few days I freaked out as all I had suffered in years had disappeared. Where? I stopped taking the medications as I had no symptoms , it seems all the Fiber I was advised to take was only causing me bloating, gas and pain and not helping with constipation for me. I am FREE - I was the lucky one! Thank you Lancelot

Please don't take any copper. And please never promote any copper. You forgot to mention that copper increases adrenaline synthesis via upregulating beta-dopamine-hydroxylase. This is the boost of energy. This is also one of the reason for anxiety and depression. Less Dopamine, More Adrenaline = Less Motivation, Pleasure, More Anxiety/Depression Copper is also an estrogenic metal. It is stored in the fat cells = Less Testosterone. The increased adrenaline whips your adrenal glands over time. Chronic fatigue/hypothyroidism result. Copper is antagonistic to potassium and increases calcium. In Hair Mineral Analysis, an inverted potassium/calcium ratio is defined as slow oxidization = hypothyroidism (low energy). It's quite funny how you mention all the negative effects of zinc supplements. You should probably take a look at all the downstream effects of copper. You will find psychosis, schizophrenia, heart palpitations, insomnia, etc. Copper accumulates in the body (even at low doses). Zinc is the best antagonist to this. Even if you've never taken any copper, your liver (storage organ) with all likelihood has enough of it. Thus, taking zinc can stir up copper and cause his supposed negative reactions to it.

I take B complex with Methylcobalamin as B12 so I don’t damage my kidneys also they are vegetable capsules. Take them @ breakfast with fat ( avocados or salmon if possible? Find a healthy fat. Then the Magnesium with a small meal a few hrs before going to bed. It will relax you and make you sleep like a baby.

Excellent! Thank you so much! It is so ridiculous that so many doctors on youtube advice us to take fibre. I took Chia seeds for two days and i literally felt exploding, not such a nice feeling. Fibre is good but not when you are constipated. After that experience, when i watched another videos about constipation i started to use my common sense and logic, even if i am engineer. This is only the second video from dozens of videos i watched where is said NO fibre! Seems logic to use vitamin B1 and magnesium, even if it's not a size that fits all. Thank you again and i can't wait to see your videos!

Carnivore diet. And better is RAW carnivore, because heat destroys vitamins. So RAW eggs and RAW beef steak and you will be absolutelly fine. Lies about stopping guts movement if you will not eat fiber, lies about cleaning intestines by fiber, about rotting food in intestines without fiber, going to toliet every single day. Lies, lies, lies.

I found this not to be accurate, that supplementation is not necessary. I could not get much zinc from my food at all. so i took zinc 50 mg/day for a week. I noticed a great increase in energy, and as i play tennis i found a great increase in strength with the zinc. suddenly i was hitting ace after ace after ace!! and overhead slams and fast sideline shots, and i was able to DOUBLE my playing endurance also! its hard on the stomach so I cut the pills in half, eat half my supper, take the half or quarter pill then eat the rest of my dinner or breakfast. much easier that way. i will never now b without my zinc pills!

Isn’t 3 times a week constipated? The way I always heard it is if 3 trains (meals) go into the station (mouth/stomach) 3 trains should leave the station (BM) daily.

I eat talapia 4-5 days week and small amounts grass fed meat 2-3 days a week Everyday chocolate pea protein. Talapia and grass fed meat probably covering my healthy omega 3 red blood cell levels. Olive leaf tea is great for killing parasites and candida fungus
