That usually means the animals (who are mass-sacrificed for our benefit) have had a better, happier life too, so it’s a complete win-win. The problem is pufas polyunsaturated fatty acid is double bound oxidized easily in the body for me I get my omega 3 from fruit that's it because pufas lower testosterone level than saturated fat and mono unsaturated fat
