All the bullshit the doctors told me, all that crap, could have saved me all the blood tests and the expensive diet...I also prefer to eat butter.😅...like your humor and the great research 🙏😎

Excellent info! Great that you also highlight the importance of grass-fed meat. That usually means the animals (who are mass-sacrificed for our benefit) have had a better, happier life too, so it’s a complete win-win. And regarding the Omega 3s (plural!) it just shows how nutrition & supplementation is more complex than I ever realised.

Hi, what about sea weed ? fish have dha and eat sea weed so sea weed should be good for omega 3 ???? it's a question not an affirmation.

Sorry about the man boobs. You see that a lot these days. What about chia seeds? My Bowen therapist Is telling me to use them for IBS, sibo, constipation etc

The problem is pufas polyunsaturated fatty acid is double bound oxidized easily in the body for me I get my omega 3 from fruit that's it because pufas lower testosterone level than saturated fat and mono unsaturated fat
