Cholesterol lowering can be due to the increased need of cholesterol for bile acids, but this for sure shows that fiber absorbs bile:

In this video I explain how to detox the liver properly and safely. I explain what the symptoms of liver damage and are and that the liver can recover fully, unless there is too much damage. Furthermore, I explain the primary way for the liver to detox, which is the release of bile and how fat leads to the reabsorption of bile and toxins. Fiber detoxes the liver by absorbing the bile and toxins and carries it out through the bowel movements. I also explain why fasting does not detox the liver and is not good for the liver health, aswell as why fat loss can be dangerous, especially for the liver. Liver health plays an important role in an overall healthy body and should be addressed by every single person, especially the ones suffering from a health condition.

Wonderful video. I watched you from Australia. I doing ketogenic diet for 8 years, and a couple months ago I started bloating very bad, I call my Doctor. For urgent appointments, and the ultrasound show. I have Hepatomegaly with moderate liver steatosis and also there are multiple cysts, the largest measures 17x 11x13 mm. In segments 8. This Wednesday I doing ct scan for my stomach. I'm very worry about this. Can you help me please how to treat this naturally. Plus 20 years ago I have ovarian cancer and I treated with Gerson therapy, also I have aneurysm clipping in my brain. Thank you for helping people. Love from Australia 🇦🇺 ❤️ 💕

You’re right about the Liver being like a superhero, given all the junk thrown at it! Excellent explantation once again. I’ve been skinny since my teens and probably always had a “compromised” Liver. And like you say, so many health conditions have a Liver issue at their source. I have bad, irritating Dupuytren’s Contracture in both hands and even this incurable, progressive condition is very much affected by Liver function. We must learn to treasure it!

I'm sorry but the only foods you mention of white beans, potatoes, pasta and bread. What exactly should I be eating. What about olive oil, ghee, lard, milk?

very nice information makes sense. any tipps what to eat on my bread?;D i always eat cheese and quark etc. as i dont like sausages or meat on it. but i guess too much milk products are not so good?^^

Really always come down to food quality, for me dairy gave me insomnia for years without me knowing. As long as you are feeling relaxed, you can sleep, etc. you should be fine

@@Lancelot-Nutrition danke:) jetzt erst gesehen du kommst ja auch aus deutschland. geiler content! hab mir jetz mal das EMF shirt bestellt und magnesium bisglycinat. bin echt gespannt auf die wirkung. leuchtet auf jedenfall ein. bisher hatte ich schon oft probiert mag zu supplementieren aber alles von citrat etc nie vertragen. was hälst du von mag bicarbonat? das kann man sich ja auch leicht selber machen hab ich gelesen.

My body doesn't seem to produce alot of bile, and am naturally constipated all the time. I eat normally, and am definitely not Vegetarian/Vegan. Is there anything I can take that would significantly help bile production?

Increase saturated fat intake, maybe consider taking bile salts like tudca for some time and see if there are improvements. Did you always have this condition? Maybe your liver is compromised, lack of bile can be an indicator for that, but could be something else

@@Lancelot-Nutrition Yeah, for over 20 yrs i've had constipation problems. I'm leaning towards (like you) that it's probably related to Liver function. I'll try taking Bile salts (probably Dr Bergs brand), see if that improves things. Thanks! 😊

Thanks for this information. 1 question, is consuming real extra virgin olive oil everyday healthy? considering that my omega 3 to omega 6 ratio is balanced by consuming wild salmon and non rancid omega 3 oil.

Thanks for the comment and great job having a good omega 3/6 ratio. The 2 concerns about olive oil are mineral oil (machine oil) content, which is usually high in olive oil due to how they process it and the high polyphenol content, which contributes to the green color. Better alternatives would be organic coconut oil or animal fats from grass-fed/finished meat. However, if you cannot afford any of these 2, it is much better to go with olive oil than low quality animal fats for example. One thing to note is that you should avoid heating olive oil, because it oxidizes fast. To sum it up, olive oil is okay, not good, not bad.

@@Lancelot-Nutrition appreciate the response man, I'm well aware of most things you said, I been following Frank Tufano since the carnivore days till this day. I already use coconut oil but I've started to experiment with olive oil (the real stuff) and it's been going good. I consume it primarily because of the polyphenols actually, I know it doesn't exactly promote liver detox but there's very many health benefits to them. Dr Gundry has convinced me and honestly I think I will stick with it as I feel it's helping my overall gut health.

If it's real, it's great. Only ingredient should be OLIVE OIL, no other kinds of oil should be in there.

Very nice insight, man, thank you for that. One question for you: eating potatoes, pasta, bread (all coming down to mostly glucose, I guess) along with proteins, shouldn't that cause glycation?
