In this video I explain how to detox the liver properly and safely. I explain what the symptoms of liver damage and are and that the liver can recover fully, unless there is too much damage. Furthermore, I explain the primary way for the liver to detox, which is the release of bile and how fat leads to the reabsorption of bile and toxins. Fiber detoxes the liver by absorbing the bile and toxins and carries it out through the bowel movements. I also explain why fasting does not detox the liver and is not good for the liver health, aswell as why fat loss can be dangerous, especially for the liver.
