Do not try Idli,Dosa etc in any Kerala restaurant. It's not their traditional food. Try it in TN or Karnataka only.

They intentionally delayed the biggest firework in the world with their police, demonstrating their intentions for the people of Thrissur. The BJP has opened an account in Kerala for the first time because the people there were unforgiving and voted accordingly. #thrissurpooram #pooram #thrissur

Actually the pickles are really not meant to be mixed with the biryani, if mixed like the way you did it would certainly ruin the fantastic biryani taste!

These fireworks are now reduced into almost nothing now. Before 2016, it was 1000x glorious in terms of loudness. Single dynamite shells weighed more than 80 kg, 100 kg and above, and there would be hundreds of them. The sheer powder 🔥💥 of sound and shockwaves 💥 which is surprisingly not irritating-it's soothing, loud, deep bass and a shockwave that feels like an ocean wave gone through your body. You can feel all of your organs, blood, veins, bones, etc. You get a 3D scan of your body. When the fireworks are at their peak, you will lose all your ego and surrender to their supremacy 💥💥. You feel tiny and minuscule in front of the sheer power of sound and light. The scale of loudness and the shockwaves is unreal. After the fireworks, you feel reborn and filled with all the energy you witnessed. You leave that place as a happy man. But sadly, now those types of fireworks are banned. Now those are memories. I still get goosebumps 🔥🔥🔥 when I think of the real fireworks.

Bro we couldn’t of explained this better ourselves, even witnessing it in 2024 we still felt the same feelings as you described - that comment deserves a pin wish we got to witness it in its full force and glory 🫶🏼

@@UnstukI am happy for you guys 😊👍💥🔥.even majority of people from Kerala never experienced this spectacle,😂 I was there too on the same ground.now they are only using 4 to 6 inch diameter shells weight up to 1 or 2 kg To put it in perspective, the banned shells are the size of a big gym ball or even bigger. Two people carry an average single shell, and the bigger shells need 4 to 6 people to carry each single shell. Pregnant women were not allowed near this type of firework. These dynamite shells were natively called "GHARBHAM KALAKKI," which can be directly translated to "pregnancy terminator." This is true; it can cause miscarriage. Apart from that, the blast sound is deep bass at its loudest. It doesn't feel like a fist punch to the chest; instead, it feels more like a CPR chest compression using a pillow. You can see the speed of sound through the shockwave when it kicks up dust. It gets scary loud, making you wonder if your body is even capable of taking this. No mic is capable of picking it up, and no speakers are capable of reproducing it. I also wish to see it in its full glory💥👍 Glad you came here and pick up the vibe All the best for you guys👍

Honestly, I've travelled all across the country and tried every kind of biryani, they are all good, they all taste different, it all depends on your mood too. Sometimes I want to have Lucknowi biryani, sometimes it's Calcutta biryani they have potatoes in them... But mostly I stick to Hyderabadi biryani..

Guys pls stay in kerala because Onam festival You must visit aranmula.Aranmula Vallasadhya is a ritual offering to the deity Lord Parthasarathy in which the oarsmen of the snake boats are offered a feast. With over 70 dishes it is probably one of the largest vegetarian feasts in India.Aranmula is a temple town in the state of Kerala, India. It is known as the cultural capital of Pathanamthitta district, located at a distance of around 116 km from Trivandrum, the capital of Kerala, it is situated on the banks of the river Pampa. A centre of pilgrimage from time immemorial and a trade post of eminence, when the river was the chief means of transport, it is near Kozhencherry in Pathanamthitta District. It is easily accessible from Chengannur railway station (10km). It is one of the Fastest Growing Village. Aranmula, along with the majority of Pathanamthitta district. This alloy is not only rare but also expensive, further contributing to the cost. Skilled Labor: The artisans who create these mirrors possess unique skills honed over years of practice. Larger mirrors require more advanced techniques and greater precision, demanding a higher level of expertise and consequently higher labor costs. Real-World Example Consider the difference between a 4-inch and a 5-inch Aranmula Kannadi. While the design and craftsmanship might remain the same, the 5-inch mirror can cost nearly double the price of the 4-inch one. This steep price increase reflects the additional time, effort, and resources required to produce the larger mirror without compromising on quality. The True Value of Aranmula Kannadi When you invest in an Aranmula Kannadi, you are not just buying a mirror; you are acquiring a piece of history and a testament to human skill and perseverance. Each inch of the mirror represents countless hours of labor, multiple attempts to achieve perfection, and a dedication to preserving a centuries-old craft. ( Read : Aranmula Kannadi Making Method ) The cost of an Aranmula Kannadi increases exponentially with its size due to the heightened effort, time, and resources required to produce a flawless larger mirror. This is why a seemingly small increase in size can result in a significantly higher price, reflecting the true value of this exceptional handcrafted item. To buy authentic aranmula kannadi, visit - The Aranmula Uthrittathi Vallamkali or Aranmula Boat Race is the most ancient and revered boat races of Kerala. Held on the day of the Uthrittathi asterism in the Malayalam month of Chingam (corresponding to 15 August and 20 September), it is well known for its grandeur and unique history. Aranmula is a heritage village lies in the banks of the river Pampa in the Pathanamthitta district of Kerala. Legend says that a devout Brahmin promised to provide all the requirements for the Thiruvona Sadya (feast held on the Thiruvonam asterism). These were to be delivered to Aranmula Sree Parthasarathy Temple in a boat called the Thiruvona Thoni. The boat was attacked by enemy factions during its voyage. However, snake boats from the surrounding area came to its rescue and it is from here that the grand tradition of the special snake boat race in the area was born. The snake boat race in itself is an offering to Lord Krishna of Sree Parthasarathy Temple. The snake boats used for this race are called Palliyodams. The credit for the design is given to Lord Krishna himself, the chief deity at the Aranmula Sree Parthasarathy Temple. He is said to have appeared on these shores on a raft made of six bamboos, giving the village its name - Aranmula or Six Bamboos. Watch the video of Aranmula Vallasadya Disclaimer In Kerala, festival dates are decided in accordance with the Malayalam calendar and the local traditions and customs. We have calculated the festival dates based on these. But there can be changes in the dates according the customs and rituals associated with each place of worship. As such, these should be considered only as approximate dates and have to be confirmed with the local authorities.
