A collection of DIY boats, devices, and other projects built out of junk. Almost everything on this channel is made from scrounged, hoarded, and salvaged parts. I grew up on an island in Alaska, so I know the value of never throwing anything away! I may not be an expert craftsman, but I know my way around a roll of duct tape! I'm also always on the lookout for crazy free or cheap stuff, whether it be electronic parts, boats, aircraft engines, or even a monorail train! Check out www.saveitforparts.com for even more projects!

Imagine being a tiny itty bitty blind cave fishy and a giant monkey comes in with a radiation throwing device, making lots of mouth noises 😂😂 The fish is trippin balls
As a younger man, I used to go to Kentucky and Tennessee to go spelunking. It began with an Ohio State University Phys Ed class called Beginning Spelunking, or something like that. Also too the next one maybe "Spelunking II," an overnight camp at Sloan's Valley Cave, which we returned to more than twice... Afterwards my non-college buddies and my classmates revisited the caves, with a different agenda, and a different proclivity for chemical intervention into consciousness, but certainly no less spectacular results if you can believe it. IN fact there are some moments burned into my brain that are like yesterday when I look back on them. Luckily we didn't die. No one even freaked out. Not recommended. Level 20+ only. Always have three light sources, etc. Be sure to look it up if you decide to go down a hole... You are ultimately responsible for you...
If you get the chance I would highly recommend touring "marvel cave" at silver dollar city. I think you might? have to buy tickets to the park but the cave tour alone is amazing. A bit shorter than what you just went through but the opening room is enormous. Also the ride "time traveler" is pretty fun. And theres also a great knife shop. Most theme parks confiscate your knives at the gate lol
@Saveitforparts man you do the COOLEST things. Also, I forget which video it's in, but there was a large blue book about aliens in one of your bookshelves, which book is that? I remember it had multiple species on the cover?
Very nice cave system. The last caves I visited were the Luray Caverns. VERY touristy. When I was a kid we'd explore the cave systems near the Kelso conservation area outside of Toronto. So very long ago. The stalactites are twice the size now :)
I really can never tell where you are gonna go with the channel next. Maybe underwater basket weaving? Obscure Canadian bank note technology? Soviet space based weaponry of the 80s? I’m here for all of it
Cool. First cave I was in was in the Schwäbische Alb. It’s been quite a while. They had humongous 🐻 skeletons on display. Was later in a few small caves elsewhere as well. Caves are primal.
I remember swimming in a Cenote in Mexico over a decade ago. It was a very deep one, and a cave fish came up from below to check us out. Very very prehistoric looking, big teeth, not friendly-looking at all.....
Can you imagine just how valuable one of your head lamps would have been to the miners of yesteryear ago? It's still amazing how dark it gets when you move away from the lights.
You can literally drive through the country and spot these dishes everywhere and many are not used anymore. Ask the owner nicely and they might let you have it!
It's an offset feed, most modern dishes use that design to save money since they can be smaller. Think of it as being only the top 1/3 to 1/4 of a traditional satellite dish, the focal point is still in the middle but the rest of the dish is missing. www.datawelder.com/satellite/sFAQ/sfaq.html
People today take radio for granted.I listen to the best news programs on am 📻. TV shows can be watched by using a bicycle rim and some wire. And its fun to experiment with.
mortscript, i modified a miopocket 4.0 boot script to copy item and such, i can share them with you, but the miopocket thing actually makes an additional /Windows regedits, and its designed to restore after a reboot, but i can confirm it works on windows CE 5.0 And 6.0 miopocket has its own windows folder full of almost everything needed to get apps working, and even just running miopocket, it fixed alot of app issues, but i modified it to also have persistance, and to redirect my documets folder to an SDCard. dont lose hope, i can help!
Enjoying your channel. I picked up one of these from eBay to restore just a few months ago. Looks to be a fun restoration - and you picked a fun one to work with. Subscribed. Cheers!
Goofy question, but would the strength of the power generated be enough to power any modern day electric bike engines? The kid in me imagined putting that in place of a bikes pedals and connecting the wires to a chain driven electric engine, but the adult in me is telling me there's not enough power there to make it happen.
Thanks for the video. I wanna use two of them. Do you know if I need to buy two sim cards or one of them can create a wifi network and connect the other one?
Here you go: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EK8mFrxxSbY.html I also explained the different orbits and how much of the Earth each type of satellite can see.
