The Terminator really cemented itself place for me as the greatest antagonist in any film ever when it was blown to pieces and it STILL went after Sarah. That thing had to literally be crushed into absolutely nothing for it to be stopped. There’s every other antagonists/villain in cinema, then there’s the T-800 in this film. GOATED
i feel it was a missed opportunity for MK11 not to include the T800's Punk Skin from T1. i mean it woulda somewat made up for not having Arnie voicing his character.
When I first viewed Terminator on HBO back in the eighties, I underestimated the T-800 Machine (even though he got up at the Tech-Nor aka Disco Club after being Shot with an automatic Shotgun by Reese) however, when he /It when into the Police Station & did a shootout to catch/eliminate Sarah Conner by any means necessary, right at that moment I said-“He Is a TERMINATORRRR 🤖!” 😮 🎥 A great Sci-Fi Thrilerrrrr! 👍🥂
Cool scene in terms of visuals and music. But why was it necessary to take Deckard off world? Since Wallace was powerful, I don't see why he couldn't just keep Deckard imprisoned in his headquarters forever. Seems like the only purpose of the scene was to provide K with an opportunity to rescue Deckard.
1984 what a great year for movies. My Dad saw The Terminator, Karate Kid,Beverly Hills Cop,Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and Ghostbusters. But not Gremlins and Nightmare on Elm Street. I saw them because he thought Gremlins was weird and Freddy Kruger is scary. But I adore Wes Craven movies. Now you see Hollywood that is a strong female character.
There's a mistake at 1:25 : he's shooting with the left hand, where he weilds the italian auto-loader shotgun, not the assault rifle. Wrong sound! James Cameron!
