Love all your stretching exercises. I have been doing them for a very long time now. Just the upper and lower body stretching exercise alone has made so much difference. Just you need to be consistent and you can definitely see the changes ❤ Thank you Mizi❤

I see MIZI I click! Dear Mizi, just wanted to tell you that I have at least 1-2 of your videos in my many many playlist (more than 20 playlist! if not more!) I prepare for my workout everyday. You are one of the ones I found when I first started on this health journey about a year or so ago. Your videos are challenging but it was not intimidating especially for someone like me who had medical issues and hardly workout for years due to that. Thank you so much! I love how calm your vids are, easy to follow, you are so inspiring to look at and love your music choices! Thank you!!!

운동을.. 마음만 먹고 안하고 잠깐 하다가도 컨디션의 변화가 있으면 바로 풀어져 버리고 .. 스트레칭이라도 꾸준히 해보자! 하고 MIZI님 스트레칭 영상 앉아서 하는 상체 하나랑 하체 이거 보고 하고 있어요 여건 되면 상/하체 스트레칭 둘 다 하고 안되면 둘 중 하나라도 하는데, 습관 기르는 게 가장 어려워서 스트레칭 꾸준히 하는 습관 들이고자 매일 하나씩이라도 하려고 노력 중이에요! 평소 일하거나 앉아있는 자세가 많이 불량해서 그런지 매번 스트레칭 따라할 때마다 엉덩이랑 엉덩이-허벅지 라인쪽으로 많이 당기네요 ㅠㅠㅋㅋ 그래도 전에는 별 느낌 없었는데 요즘은 하고 나면 하체가 따뜻해지는 듯한? 느낌도 들고 오늘은 엉덩이가 처음으로 싸한 느낌도 들었어요 ㅋㅋ 이게 스트레칭하면 시원하다는 느낌인가?! 하고 있네요 ㅋㅋ 습관들이기부터 열심히 해볼게요! 좋은 영상들 항상 감사합니다!!
