Whitney was super adorable here. The part where she talks about The Bodyguard is my favorite because I can tell she gets giddy when Kevin's name is mentioned. I love the part where she's told that he begged her, and she says, "he didn't beg me..." in such a lovable way. Also, that cute little squeak on "about" gets me every time. This woman was gone way too soon...
Hey guys! I was a 70's child! this era was MY TEEN years. I can say this. There was unity & NO competition back then. They stood in solidarity. Whether it was pop. Rock. Country. Even alternative. It was ALL great music. Aquanetta hairspray. And jet black eyeliner❤🎉
Gurrrrlll I have had it with certain people in these comments hating on Whitney for her later years of singing and her supposed “lip syncing” let me tell you something right damn fucken now, you can look at any Whitney’s live performances and not one of them were sung the exact same way, why is that ? Because she’s a true singer she don’t have to lip sync she always sung her songs differently because that was how good her voice was and how good her stage command was and to even use her later years against her is sick, she struggled her whole life and ya’ll know that, life took a toll on her big time and so did her addiction, but the woman could still sing, of course not even near as she used too but she still had her talent she was just used and abused and needed rest and her voice would’ve sounded healthier, y’all need to properly educate yourselves before you even think about judging such a legend, humble yourselves

MY absolute favorite Song of Whitney Houston. That was song was an inspiration from God. Because God is Love... He is the Obsolute.. and Whitney new him.... ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
It’s SAD IF more ppl were actually open minded to receive this type of energy again. You could actually begin to see it. The world’s problem is. They only think there is one. Or that kind of energy doesn’t exist anymore these days! It all depends on where you’re looking. You get the type of energy you put out. In every area. If you believe you won’t see that type of energy again then it’s true. You won’t. You spoke it out of your own mouth. So yeah YOU definitely won’t. However if u see what you put out is what you see. Then YES I speak out of my mouth. YES CERTAINLY INDEED I do believe that this energy does exist in fact I know it does. And WE WILL AS A COLLECTIVE COMMUNITY UNIVERSE. Will indeed encounter this energy again. Now is the time when this world needs this type of energy the most.
There always are so many Whitney’s! The world just doesn’t want another! That type of combination would be hard for so many to grasp or handle. That type of energy is still around it just isn’t recognized respected or received the way it used to be.
Bebe once told the story of how the speed of this live version of “Hold Up The Light” shocked them all & threw them. I’d argue the sped up version is much better than the studio version
