Diagnosedan Fixed it again! See you next time guys!
hello, I know this video was posted a long time ago, but I have the same problem on my c200 w204 (2012). only one thing changes, the problem occurs when it's hot outside, I never have the problem in winter for example. Is it possible that the outside heat is enough to cause the problem? Is there a temporary way to cool the case or insulate it from heat? Thanks :)
Aber wass passiert, wenn alles in Ordnung ist. Der Signal mit Multimeter und ozciloscpe sind ok.aber die fehler kommt immer wieder...dann soll man nur Wechsel die modul zu probieren?

Volkswagen and Mercedes are currently two of the worst car brands in the automote industry for both reliability and customer satisfaction. I know many mechanics who will not touch either make any more....with good reason. Both brands started going down the shitter in and around 2011 , but finally went down the sewer around 2015/16 model years. New VW Transporter vans are now unbearable to own , with hundreds of lawsuits pending for recovery of funds from constant repair costs and loss of earnings as a result. Diesel gate may have a lot to answer for as regards VW. Who knows what had to happen to keep one of the world's biggest companies from complete collapse.
Man you are the best! Finally found someone explaining my exact issues in my BMW S63 engine! Going to replace my Vanos solenoids hopefully tomorrow and hopefully all my issues will be resolved 🙏🏻
I think I just made a mistake trying to test my new purchased evaporator temperature sensor. With the old sensor still connected to the climate control panel, I thought I identified the two wires of the old sensor and tried to insert the two wires of the new sensor into the connector that goes into the control panel. I started the ventilation and hit the AC button, then a burning smell was present and the compressor disingaged and the AC stoped working. Taking in count that the sensor is a thermistor, so practically a resistance, it is possible that I may have fried my control panel board by inserting the wires together with the old sensor wires? I do not know exactly if those wires in the connector where indeed from the old sensor. I thought so ONLY based on their color (both grey). After this I checked all the fuses that are involved in the functioning of the AC system and they all seem to be ok, both under the hood and inside the car. How can I have fried the control panel by only inserting a complementary resistance in the circuit?
Still seems dumb af to use a starter motor to start a hybrid. BMW could have just left a 5% reserve of the battery via software for starting. Unless this is more of a mild hybrid setup rather than a traditional hybrid where the HV battery gets charged during normal engine use.
Hello. I found in this video at 24:00 that you are desribing an issue with hydrolic problem. Could you please tell me have you already uploaded this video because I have an issue with my A3 e-tron (error code P086700) and can't solve it for a while. Thanks in advance for the prompt response.
BMW = Shyte, as do all German cars. Where's this famous "German Engineering" The Japs have been knocking out perfect 6-cylinder engines for decades, yet the Germans still can't produce a reliable engine in any form 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 .... shocking!
GOOD JOB thanks looking for info but we know the problem with ours everything is new just not the CDI and the wiring harness, it has been tampered with by the previous owner himself soldered 1 wire to 5 wires, for example, as I say asking for problems the solution new CDI and wiring harness straig is without self-soldered interruptions. just look for the problem

Thank you so so so so so much for making this video. Even the dealer wouldn't make a video and tell people like that. They will lose a business now after watching this video anyone can repair this themselves. I really really appreciate your effort. Hats off to you sir.🙏🙏🙏🙏
You should tag in the video F15 40e 21A515! I have been working on one of these all day looking for information on this code and this is exactly what I needed. Ours is a 2016, but we've replaced both batteries as they both tested bad, then we had three scan tools not have the option of "replace/recode auxillary battery* and the primary battery wouldn't register either. So after finally registering both batteries with ISTA with our laptop from 2010, test drove with the exact same code coming back. Took belt drive cover off to discover exact same issue. Thank you!
Excellent tip regarding the test light, I would probably have got bitten by that joint. Might have been a good idea to put a castellated washer under that nut
