You kick lightly just to keep your streamline with the water if you don’t kick lightly your legs will sink. I’ve been doing lap swimming 🏊🏻♀️ for 33 years. I still learn the fine points that are so helpful.
My coach said me to do as u said,but i had a doubt:many of the RU-vid videos who are professional swimmers has done full rotation of the arm,may i know why?

This is very truthful and worded well. All swimmers should know this information. Watch more than once or twice. Before you make these adjustments know your stroke count for one length, your time and your heart rate. Then you can measure your improvement and become inspired to stick with evolving your swimming.
