I've considered myself a maker most of my life, but only put a name to it in the last few years. A build of my channel is about woodworking projects I make, which could be shop furniture, fine furniture, or even creative storage solutions construction projects.
I have owned my 1985 K100RS since 1991. It is stock except for a Corbin seat. K bikes are currently cheap, and a lot of them are getting chopped in this fashion. As stock K bikes are chopped and dissappear they will become more valuable, like finding a bone stock 1955 Chevy. in the long run I think the chop/mods will decrease the value. Only a bike that is too far gone to return to stock should be chopped, in my opinion.
Did you ever make plans or do you have Any kind of sketch of it? My shop is small I use several flip top cabinets, I was just cautious because of the weight of a lathe. Great idea
That was an awesome video I just pick up a 1975 Kawasaki KZ 400 which I will be doing the some thing but it will be a learning experience for me and my Son we really finishing up a built that we have done to together and we are currently working on a C10 1966 Truck frame off restoration so I’m going to describing to your channel might need some pointers as we go along the way thank you for that great video we need more of those video
I just bought this printer, it hasn't arrived yet, it's the first one I've bought for 3D, I really hope I don't have problems, I want to enjoy designing and printing, so if I have any problems I hope you can help me, the video is excellent, thank you.
Hi. I just recently discovered your channel. I am really interested in your videos for the natural cutting/charcuterie boards. I have recently started making similar boards for a client and I find that with the natural boards I have to spend time planing them to get them flat. Do you also flatten the boards on a planer or belt sander as part of your process or do you find that your wood is already flat enough?
I am also interested in your flip table build for the sander. I have the same one that sits at the end of my workbench so the flip top table would be an awesome way to hide it when not in use and extend my workbench surface. Thanks. Love your work.
Been looking at the Carpuride system for my bike. How is it at night? Does it dim? Is it secure or do you have to remove it when you park? IP67? Can you post a follow up after a month or two? Love the Canadian content! Easily spotted the P.A. spray bottle used for thr water. (Might have a couple myself.)
This is amazing. One of my goals in the future is to build a cafe racer and would love to be able to do it with my sons as well. I just started motorcycling a couple years ago so I have a long way to go. But I do all the maintenance myself so I can learn bit by bit. You’ve definitely inspired me to keep going to one day realize my goal!
great video guys. Appreciate the hard work you put in to bring good content to the world. Amazing transformation. Good on you also for spending some good time with your boy.
Did you have an issue with leaking fuel when you cut the tabs off of the fuel tank? I want to cut the tabs on my bike but I am concerned about leaks. Awesome bike, great job!!
If you're still replying to this post, can you give details on filling the lid with spray foam? Like, how many cans? And the process? Thank you man, I'm starting this build 😁
Looks good I love the leather stitching on the seat lol but you definitely did a great job on the engine and exhaust they compliment the old school look well. I personally will be making a few tech changes like capacitors instead of a heavy battery and Im doing a 750, Im hoping to at least hit 150 mph with it if not Ill add a turbo set up, who knows I may add the turbo anyway and try to get 200 mph out or it definitely going with some fat tires like some thick Harley Davidson 18s or something along those lines. I want something built strong enough to handle a bump at 150 mph if I don't see it in time to slow down, I already know without stripping it down 130 mph and 0 to 60 in 4 to 6 seconds isn't an issue. The thing I like most about these builds is its not much of a suspension change and tire change to build a 650 or 750 off road machine. I also have back issues already, so I won't care as much on the appearance I can't put the handle bars that low.
I've done mainly classic rebuilds, but I prefer 70s rebuilds that said, I am watching for ideas on my own cafe racer rebuild, but also I would like to know where to order parts from like turn signal kits and rebuild kits for carbs and engines?
I CAN NOT believe after ALL that work you put into that bike you installed cheap, $70 piece of shit Chinese shocks on that thing that don't even work....Unreal.
