Grand Marshal Athelarius, Hero of the Alliance. Rank 1 Gladiator & Cutting Edge Raider. Just your friendly, neighborhood warrior bringing some slightly spicy content. Modern WoW videos with a bit of that old school touch we grew up with.
As a cancer survivor, Warcraft’s stories continue to be a source of comfort & relief. This is the best way I've found to introduce the wonderful World of Warcraft to old and new players alike, with its rich lore, characters and extreme potential. You can expect a retelling of in-game questlines, dialogue, adventures, cinematics & cutscenes to help players keep up with the ever evolving lore of the game. It's an incredible experience!
I really REALLY love all of these heritage questlines. They're not that deep, they have some dumb forced moments (like literal demons being allowed to rejoin the Draenei to give players a new customization option) but for real, I can't get enough. Legion perfected the idea of class fantasy, but something that's always been missing is race fantasy. Throughout the story of WoW, I've always felt like a generic Alliance/Horde member, without my actual race being acknowledged. Whether it's helping Thrall + Aggra invent a new Orcish tradition, helping the Forsaken deal with the Scarlet Crusade one last time, or helping Tess Greymane understand the Worgen. All of this stuff goes a very long way towards letting me connect with my character and immerse myself in the world.
draenei and eredar reunited will be like protoss from starcraft while velen is like artanis vindicaar like spear of adun arzaal like vorazun and alarak and argus like aiur.
If you think about Kael'thas Sunstrider was a by product of another fallen prince (Arthas). It was the burning legion who manipulated both of them and used them as instruments to their will. Sargeras himself is the embodiment of Lucifer, both corrupted by their greed and lust for power!
He was a king all he wanted was to protect his people but he fell from grace to becoming his people biggest enemy Trying to defeat the burning legion he became the litch king
Best login music of all time. The way they infuse the Hallowfall theme with the Main theme for the first minute fifteen is so beautiful. MOP is a very close 2nd.
On another episode of "Writers' Barely Disguised Fetish": Why'd they give the random elf Xalatath's possesing more polygons on her feet than the entirety of Khaz Modan?
I highly recommend reading or listening to the Sylvannas book. I wasn't too sure about it in the beginning but now I want to go back to it as it filled in quite a few holes in my knowledge of her.
0:25 "Like fools, we clung the old hatreds, and fought as we had for generations". No more than 15 years had passed between the arrival of Orcs in Azeroth, and the appearance of the Burning Legion.
Imagine putting one of the most powerful mages in a fucking floating wheelchair. Just fucking float my dude.... is he seriously supposed to be crippled and all he can muster with his imagination is a wheelchair? If thats the case just float around sitting in a chair. It doesnt have to look like an actual wheelchair...
He is the very definition of a true hero. He saw what others couldn't see, had the courage to do what others couldn't. Forgave betrayal after betrayal, hounded at every turn. All for the sake of his world.
Legion was good but boy did I hate the way the Illidan retcon repainted my characters actions in TBC, I didn't kill him because I was ignorant, I killed him because he was an evil dude doing evil things and no amount of Blizz retcons will ever change that :)
Void mommy really straight up hit the spider with "I gave you every buff to make you beyond OP and you still lost lol, skill issue. good luck staying hardstuck 1300" or whatever💀
Imagine Star Wars the original trilogy and after the first 2 movies, the 3rd movie completely forgets the empire and tells the story of the Ewoks. And then the 4th movie has Luke and Han going back in time to do something completely irrelevant to the Empire. And then in like the 6th or 7th movie, they finally wrap up the Empire being taken down in a halfassed manner. That's what this game did with the Burning Legion and why is playerbase dried up long ago.
Alleria is such an annoying Mary Sue and Xalatath is clearly just another stupid villain that we'll bat down in a raid soon. Too bad! Also why does she turn her arrow after she has it nocked? That's... not how bows work. lmao
