I live in Napa, California. The diner scene was filmed here in Napa. They used an old closed diner on Hwy121 between Napa & Sonoma. It’s been torn down. The gritty big city scenes were filmed in the Old Town section of Rio Vista, a sleepy little town on hwy12 on the Sacramento River. That movie was a stinker.
