I used half honey and Halston sugar, same with flour, half whole wheat and half all purpose. Used 2/3 cup plain Greek yoyuart instead of oil and added raisins, plumped them up first by letting them sit in boiled water for 0over 10 minutes then drained them and added to batter. Added a few chopped dates. They are delicious ND kmoist.
