When he started talking about how the feet need to be parallel I stopped watching and realized I shouldn't be looking at exercises or taking advise from a man with short legs and a long torso. People with short femurs and long torsos have completely different squat mechanics than people with long femurs and short torsos.

Another factor why i think nose breathing is good, is because the greater resistance it gives the breath by inhaling trough smaller holes Fills the lungs much more efficiently.

Wish I was that flexible. All that work on flexibility pays off when we get older and more prone to falling. Probably give us a few more years of life. Would love to go to a class if I had the time

These drills seem easy but I’d be incorrect. I can do two of this drills and the rest feel impossible at the moment. I’m looking into this to help me with my jiu jitsu.

Good explanation about inhaling and exhaling. Deflate to compress/contract your body and inflate to inflate/extend your body movement. Thanks.

THANK you! So much bullshit comes up when searching for Systema Training- THIS- CAT is what I'm specially looking for: my body's kinetic chains are so twisted, the only things I want to do is either be put into full body traction with CBP, or loosen up. This will help me do the latter.
