If you are smelling propane that either means your relief valve is letting out some propane because the gas is expanding for some reason. Probably the tank is hot. If the gas is coming from somewhere else you have a bad tank and need to exchange it for a new one.
Question A few days ago I wanted to use my bbq. I took the cover off and turned the main tank value ON and a heard what sounded like gas leaking out. I can smell it and I felt a stream from the value area. I turned it off quickly. I turned On again later in the evening and it did not do it again or since. The day it happened it was extremely hot here in SC. Day temps were in high 90s. Although I had a cover over the bbq and tank it was in direct sunlight. I wonder if it a normal occurrence or an issue. The tank is new being I purchased it a few weeks ago at Costco and had it filled at Costco as well.
Sounds like the tank was overheating under the grill cover and was releasing some pressure from the relief valve. You may want to disconnect the tank when your not using in the Summer and keep in a more shaded and well-ventilated spot until the temperature start to cool back down. Hope this helps! One other thing it could be is it is leaking where the hoses attach to the regulator are a not tightened all the way. Some setups won’t let you tighten the hoses, but if you can maybe try tightening the hoses before replacing the regulator.
If there are multiple burners working of the same regulator and only one burner is not working right, you may have an obstruction in that burner. Maybe some rust flakes are causing a slight blockage. Gas by not be flowing properly for that reason.

That’s weird. Since you have a tank you can go exchange it and it will only cost you for the exchange. Grocery stores or gas stations usually do exchanges.
That should be ok if they are the proper psi. The propane comes out of the tank at high pressure and the regulator lowers the pressure so your propane device can properly use the propane. The control knob raises and lowers the volume of gas to your stove or grill to raise or lower the flame. Hope this helps!
Not exactly sure either, but the plunger from the grill hose pushes the safety valve open. The the plunger on the hose fitting and the safety valve are roughly the same diameter. Hope this helps you get a rough idea of the size. Thanks for watching!

If you disconnect the hose from the tank the safety valve should stop any gas from coming out of the tank. You can go exchange the tank even with the valve open. This is a safety feature. Sounds like your shutoff valve has seized.
What if I go to open the propane valve so I can grill and it won’t budge when it worked fine in the past. I turn it to close position to try disconnecting it from the grill and it sounds like I’m straight up releasing propane. What’s going on there??
Your shutoff valve may have seized. It happens sometimes. If it does not open back up, just go exchange it for another one. If your hose is disconnected but your tank is making a hissing sound, it could be the pressure relief valve releasing some pressure. If your tank was in the sun for a while or it is hot where you are, it may do that. The shutoff valve will sometimes get stuck in the closed position, it usually best to exchange it. When you do exchange it you can open the shutoff valve on the new tank to make sure it works. Propane won't flow if you do that. That is what we do to make sure we are not getting a tank with a stuck shut off. Thanks for watching!!
i dont think you can trust the label when you can clearly see bacon has way more fat than protein. and from my experience it also feels that way. i am familiar with eating only meat and that is the feeling. for example, i also tried chicken but i dont believe the numbers that chicken is comparable to pork in protein by weight. i need near twice the amount in weight of chicken to compare to pork. sausage for the actual protein to fat ratio. bacon only has taste going for it, and is actually too salty as well, based on taste. these numbers are not to be trusted. "not eating the fat" by draining it also does not make sense. you paid for the bacon fat, which is still a plus for sausages in terms of actual or perceived protein to fat ratio. never heard of someone needing more protein after eating sausage, whereas i get that feeling on bacon since it's too much fat. also consider that bacon is more often a topping than the main meat 🤔
I prefer sausge to bacon also, but unfortunately breakfast sausages are to high in fat to eat all the time. Thanks for the comment and watching the video too!
