热天基本不可能手出膜,几分钟不要这面团就会热起来,分分钟超过27℃。热天基本只能用和面机加冰袋,冷冻面团才能出膜。

感谢UP主的劳动付出。 不过还是得说,若是有一定追求的话,还是上压面机,手揉是做不到压面机光滑度的,毕竟机器更平整。 排气更干净。

牙口好30秒可以,牙口不好或者家里有长辈,建议水滚后烫个3~5分钟,也不会太软烂,同样好吃。

如果葉子煮爆了就不好,多點葉,包大個點,里面分層次放去皮緑豆、肉壓實一些,煮出來咬有牙印才好吃
