Hi Mark. Thanks for the video. I was on another utube channel and one guy there said that Phuket is just as expensive as Western Countries. I told him no way Canada, US, UK, NZ and most European countries cheaper than Phuket. You tell it on your videos you can stay in Phuket cheaper than most Western Countries. The value of what I get in the Philippines has been on a steady decline for awhile, I really should look more into moving to Thailand. I moved to the Philippines because I feel its an easier transition for westerner to SEA than any other asian country.

@@whyhellotherewithdrmarksabean the scams are getting as bad what I hear about thailand anyways. Those rentals are about half of what I pay and look much more updated with the same ammenities. Ive heard food and healthcare is much better in thailand than here also.
I lived in Phuket, Hat Yai(Beach side in Songkhla), Khon Kaen, now in pattaya. From my experience, Pattaya does have the most affordable accommodation. Im in 55sqm, huge fully fitted kitchen for 6900B. Phuket would charge double or triple for the kind of accommodation that Pattaya offers.

Gotta buy lady dink for lady, mamasan, waitress, all the girls friends, sister etc, i just walk through never sit down unless theres a girl i wanna bar fine. KATOEY RADAR, they talk softly and over exaggerate mannerisms, always playing with their hair and they stare at you profusely 😅😅😅

Perfect timing. May be worth renting a month at one of these places even if I only decide to stay a week or two in Pattaya. Very curious what the $500-$700 range would afford. Figure a room at Edge costs about $50-$70 a night, Page 10 and Bella Grande about $45-$50. Would save a huge chunk of money just finding one good place and not hop around every few days

You can go as cheap as 5000 baht a month, still livable. my GF is Thai she pays 1900 baht a month in Buakhao. - A two bedroom properly liveable unit in the city center cost around 25,000 a month
I have a few more videos coming of this area and it'll shock you what you can get for less than 25,000.... It's crazy but like you say a lot of the locals they live in rooms that are less than 2,000.... I'm currently living down on Phuket in a 6k room and I love it Cheers mate 🍻

Hey Odin I actually ended up talking to a bunch of subscribers Sunday night and lost track of time and didn't get to book a ticket... I've talked to a couple of guys who have arrived since Monday and they say 60 days on arrival no problem at all everything went nice and smooth.... Cheers mate 🍻

Nope! They're all available for short-term as well as long-term... I have found for the most part that if you're looking at a condo you can get it month to month or they do sometimes ask for a three month lease... But that's actually quite rare I've only signed a lease once and that was for 3 months only because I wanted to make sure that I had this specific place.... These prices are a bit surreal for someone like me from north america that has never been to thailand or south east asia. It's good to know one can live well with these kind of prices. Hey Mark! Great video. The first unit you showed is being listed by my leasing agent. Avani. She is fantastic. Young (18) beautiful, speaks perfect English and her handwriting in English is impeccable. I am super impressed with her. The second unit you showed (Neo Seaview Condo) is where I live. 8,000 a month. Gym, gated parking garage, security entrance, pool and I can whack a golf ball from it and hit the ocean. I recommend the condo and also if your viewers would like to rent in the area Avani is who I recommend to contact about that. I’m happy to pass their contact info to her if they would like her help in finding a place.
Hi doc. Indeed, Especially in Jomitien Pattaya condos are cheaper than Phuket. Overall, Pattaya is at least 15 to 20 ler cent cheaper than Phuket. Cheers

Brother, Now I understand fully why you were so successful in selling real estate. If you stayed in Canada you would be a billionaire and Donald Trump would polish your toilet seats. As they say you could sell ice to Eskimos. I am tied to the USA , the shining city on the hill, ha ha, as family ties are stronger than the lure of hedonistic lifestyle in Thailand but your presentation made me salivate thinking of living in an seafront condo surrounded by beautiful young women for more than 2 weeks every few years. I can definitely see Phuket has some of the most incredible beaches in the world as well as nature the landscapes the mountains I think it is just beautiful I have not been to Pattaya,,,,,, so it's not really fair for me to compare but I've heard from a lot of people that have lived in both areas and everyone tells me that Phuket is far more beautiful but much more expensive.....
I stayed at Jomtien The gallery condominium close to Copacabana and it has a rooftop pool, a gym and a 4 mins walk to the beach and I would agree Jomtien is a very good area plus it’s quiet

With my online research (no boots on the ground yet) I would lean towards Jomtien….. I think 🧐I would LUV for you to do a 30 -90 day trial run there to hear your opinion on the area. 🍻 cheers
@@rafaelcastillo2636 Pros: If you live on beach road like me you have the world at your fingertips. You won’t need transportation. You have baht bus service up and down the road. 3 night markets. Lots of pharmacies, convenient stores, massage shops, street vendors, bars and restaurants and slightly less traffic than Pattaya main. There’s also a big event on the beach about once a month for entertainment. They bring in bleachers and shade for beach concerts, jet ski races and different types of festivals. Con’s: Tourists. If you live in Pattaya or anywhere close to the beach you will live with tourists. You’ll get to know and love the locals and they will love you too but watch out for tourists. Lots of Chinese tourists stay at the hotel next to my condo. They are really polite, quiet and gentle people but there is another group of tourists that are rowdy, loud, rude and sometimes violent. Every time I see trouble it’s this group of tourists that are involved. After talking to some of the locals I’ve discovered that they aren’t fond of them either. I don’t like stereotyping an entire group of people based on the few I’ve had encounters with so I won’t mention which country they come from but they tend to stay in the areas of Jomtien where the signs are printed in Russian and they also speak Russian so with those subtle clues I’ll let you try to figure out that mystery. The only other con I can think of is that there has been a lot of construction on beach road. This should be temporary but it’s been going on about 9 months so far. They’ve buried the electric lines and put up new street lights.

Great question...... It all depends on where you met the ladyboy ... If it's at a ladyboy bar, massage shop or on the street(working) then the numbers are pretty much the same ... Except you'll have demands. For certain cosmetic procedures..... So if they are in the industry the number will be similar if not higher .. This also depends on the beauty of the ladyboy...
