I can do 15 pull ups in a row strict form and over 20 dips in a row but I have never done a muscle up! Thanks for the video mate!

Damn the ending is so motivational. And this actually seems like its easy. Cant wait until i try it tomorrow morning. I can do 10 pull ups and 10 dips but i never understood how muscle ups work. I tried so many times.

Is the best way to get to a strict muscle up (from deadhang) to train using the sway/kip method first and just keep doing them?

Yes- but it’s better to get your first mu with bent arms and big swinging kip - and using equal arm power! ✨😀⚡️💪🏽
