I was stunned when our very small Christian Church had the accountants read the financial report to the membership at the yearly meeting. At this meeting, l learned that the Pastors do not even know who pays tithing or how much . They have accountants keep track of funds and report to the body of Christ . Given the remarks of , Men will be punished for their own sins and not Adams transgression. This video is so weak and false that it says that the LDS Church maintains the law of polygamy. In other words, that law is still being followed and the government allows it. There are hundreds of famous Mormons and the law does not denounce them. Pure informational garbage.
No the video does not say that. It says that polygamy is still church doctrine and men can still be sealed to more than one woman as long as the women are not alive at the same time. For example, Nelson and Oaks are both sealed to more than one woman after their first wives died. They both fully expect to have all of their wives in the Celestial Kingdom. They are polygamists. That is polygamy in a legal way. The point is that Mormons still believe in polygamy in Heaven and can be married/sealed to multiple women in this life as long as only one wife is currently living.
