I like to build and modify things. Currently I am working on and filming my Super Duty Power Stroke Diesel Ford, Polaris Ranger, John Deere Tractor, Lead Collecting Steel targets and HHO.
Not sure if adding an inline filter is good idea. The design of the transmission factors in particulates (worn lining material) suspended in the fluid to modify friction. -That said, my V70 (auto, non-turbo) did benefit from a full 15 quart drain and refill (pumping out from the return hose connection point on the radiator) when the shifting got harsh at 65k miles
That’s a ratcheting chain binder that I got a Northern Tool. It’s normally used to tie down heavy loads on big trucks. I have four of them that I use to tie down my tractor to the trailer in the video. It will only draw about 10” but it can pull really hard.
Thank you very much . Sadly todays Husqvarna sewing maskines are a piece of plastic junk . They are not worth the high price you pay for them .I have several HQ machines latest from 2000. No new junk.
I'm not sure what that's for. However, what you could do is take an angle grinder and cut that Gap a little wider and when you put the bolt back in it should be able to clamp down further
Great video. The 150 amp 32V fuse that you found and replaced from under the driver seat, is just too big to fit on the ‘buss bar’ from the coach positive battery post. You need to get the OEM Fuse 150Amp for Mercedes which is a lot smaller. Your set up (fuse under seat) works just the same…
I wonder if anti seeze would work for the squeeking. That awful stuff sure does last. I may have to try it on my rust bucket...I mean new to me shopsmith :)
I’m not sure but I think is good at preventing rust and electrolytic corrosion but it is not a good lubricant. The worst that might happen is it would get sticky and you would have to clean it and re-grease.
I don’t like working with hot fluid so I don’t warm it up beyond just moving the car into position. If the engine is hot I let it cool down before I start.
This works but it takes forever! this tube was the worst of the bunch. I started with 100 grit and then switched to 80 grit. I got chased inside by the rain. Tomorrow I will try again with some used 60 grit. Hopefully, the scratches will not be too deep to polish out.
YES, Levitation!! Thats the way. I can get you some high strength, practically invisable acoustic support wires for your speakers. Only $11,000 per speaker. Think fishing line but not..... even comes on the same kind of roll. Can be shipped via First Class post
Shocking how many people either don't know this or don't believe it. And so far I haven't found anyone who knows why it's better to use a crescent wrench in the correct direction. I don't see why these people can't tell the deference by simply trying the damm things both ways. You can literally see them rounding off the nut when used the wrong way. If you look at the angle of the handle it appears to be pulling the wrench off the nut when used the wrong way. You video is one of the better ones on the subject.
