I think there is a POINT TO BE MADE AS IT RELATES TO US SECURITY. There routes are mapped and who really know what DJI (some shares held by the CCP) can see at the end of the day from the store data. China has been flying balloon claiming weather collection. Do you really think that drones aren't an enticement?
And the bottom line main reason for everything is our Government sucks. Tariffs are propaganda for governments to embezzle money and raise inflation. Bad idea, but they keep doing it
Republican Congress women Stefanik, is pushing this without presenting any evidence, later it would be our TVs, cellphone’s, PC’s and all electronics. Write to your representatives request evidence that suggests harm to the U.S. by the use of these drones.
I'm so tired of this First Responder bs. They have been spoiled by all the special treatments. It's a safe, cushy overpaid Govt. job. The drone tarrif money will be squandered on overtime pay and training at resort hotels in Aspen and Hawaii. Most new drone jobs are captured by Govt. Agencies, with crumbs for private sector workers like us. All honor and glory to the first responders, Cops, Sheriff, Fire, EMS, Weather. Agricultural etc. No jobs or discounts for citizen drone workers.
I guess the current CONservative Red Scare Part II --the first being McCarthyism in the 1950's--only applies to China this time and not their beloved far-right fascist Russia, which was the original CON target. My how MAGA loves them some war criminal Putin.
I remember in the 1990’s the “breed specific laws” or as we called them the bull$*** laws. Then after 9/11 we became so scared of strangers they passed the “Homeland Security” laws and created the fairly new Homeland Security which I have had a recent run in with them. We can’t know all the laws they put on the books. Then we had the lockdowns because of people getting sick. Now a drone ban. I want to know when people are going to buck up and decide we are a free people. Our government was designed to be ran by the people, not them crushing us with all their silly laws. I’ve said enough. jeesh. decided this morning to buy my first drone. wanted a sub$200 drone, then wanted built in screen, so i stretched my budget and got a DJI mini3 w screen. Then 10 minutes later see all this about a BAN!?! now what should i do?just wanted something for recreation, grandkids, etc...
Honestly, go ahead and do it. IF the ban actually makes it through in it's current form the likelihood of already purchased drones getting grounded is unlikely. It would likely be a few years for anything to go into effect and a lot can happen in the mean time so don't deprive yourself and grandkids of the enjoyment until you have to worry about it. After the election it may fall off altogether. 🤙
We need to sue the congresswoman what's your name Stephanie because she's got some kind of connection with skydio drone company. It says that company coming up with new Innovations and new tech in that for their drones why not push out the competition that's what this is all about we should sue her and the people that have brought this. Or you know what they pay to replace all the drones that paid several thousand dollars for their drones I'm sure she makes enough money up there she and her friends from skydio can help pay for everybody's drones and then see how they change their damn tune but there needs to be some repercussion against these folks we need to go after them we need to stand up for our rights
@@okay.buddie Gotcha, you must have seen this video _after_ you purchased... bummer. I flew it the other day after a bunch of firmware updates and some things did improve but the camera and the range seemed the same to me. This is really a good start if they are going to improve it, but HS does need to get all the basics right at the same time on the same drone...
what's actually going on here is that the capitalist class and ghouls in government know that we can use drones in a revolution against them. this is intentional disarmament. chinese factories supply the parts for most all big named defense contractors. the parts defense contractors use are the same parts we use in the hobby market except for proprietary flight control systems and custom low noise motors and props.
Indeed, some may be in Canada but I do know a large percentage are done in the US too. I'm not a guru on Canadian rules but from what I've seen BVLOS requires a special flight operations certificate (SFOC), I would imagine similar to a waiver in the US. I would bet 99% of the range tests are being done without the needed certificate, but it's only my guess.
This is how Democrats keep their guy in office. Scare the public with lies how Republicans will destroy our country. "DJI is spying on our country". That statement eliminates the competition. Scare tactics work with just about anything. God said "Do Not Use False Testimony Toward Your Neighbor". Wish our Politicians would follow this example.
I just got mine and I've seen a few different reviews on it some people are saying it needs to be gyro calibrated some say only follow what it says in the user manual to witch mine mentions nothing about gyro calibration only compass witch is correct Thanks
