i dont know, the tutorial voice recording itself is pretty bad, but get to the point is great. i think using compressor and match loudness would give better result btw.
Sometimes we do things as badly as we possibly can. It makes us seem human. Humbles us. Although we are a bit gutted as we actually really tried for this one. Being a 60 second youtube video and probably our career highlight, we thought we would really push the boat out for this video. We rented in a £30,000 microphone that Elton John used but as the mic is so valuable, you are only allowed to stand one metre away from it. There is a sniper less than 100 metres away. If you go any closer, your head gets blown off Anyway, lesson learned, hope you managed to hear the voiceover and managed to get some good tips from it :)
This is the best and most informative video I’ve ever watched on this topic on RU-vid! I’m just starting out with GFX cameras and mainly focus on photography, but this video has been an absolute game-changer. The wealth of information and fascinating history about these top-notch camera makers is truly incredible. I feel so inspired and excited to dive deeper into the world of GFX cameras (with vintage lenses) thanks to this fantastic video. Keep up the amazing work!
What do you do when you threaded right THROUGH the tin can thin top plate of that mount and damaged your shutter mechanism? LOL...What a POS camera! My A7R4 is now USELESS because Sony decided that this piece doesnt need to have a solid cap. They decided to use a thinner than a soda can stopper for the mount. Just WOW! The camera is now BRICKED. Any repair facility suggestions? I am hoping it can be repaired.
I've been doing this circle crop and am getting a very thin black borderline once I upload it in squarespace. How can I get NO outline? Its noticeable if the image is very light.
I really needed this comparison video thank you!! I use the Nostalgia FX filter by prism (82mm thread size) on my main lens, but it’s unavailable in 55mm. Now I know the Tiffen one has the same effect, so I’ll be able to conveniently use my other lens as well. I’ve ordered it online, hopefully I’ll be able to switch lenses and have colour consistency.
@@BenandJackStudio I dropped the lens 😅 (16-35 2.8GM), luckily it's still perfectly in tact. The rim bent inwards locking in the diffuser and a CPL filter. CPL is on the outside and the diffuser is on the inside, somehow only the diffuser cracked and it actually gives a cool flare effect. So, I've settled on keeping it in place, I'm pretty sure the threading won't thread anymore.
Fantastic tut! Thank you! I gotta ask though what does nixing the opacity of the fill to zero do, exactly? I followed this tut to the letter except for that step, and it seemed to work the same.
Is there a way to change the resolution of a timeline in just one of the timelines in a project? Making an IG friendly teaser for a film show in 16:9... dont want the film to also be in vertical format. I can of course switch between depending on the project but this just feels weirdly backwards and rigid when every other software allows you to select resolution within a project on a timeline/sequence by timeline basis... going crazy, am I missing something?!
Thank you for the behind the scenes work, it really helps to see a shoot in real time! What Sony camera was that and how does it compare to the Red Raven in your opinion?
