CHICKPEA BLONDIES
♡ 1 - 15oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
♡ 1/2 cup nut or seed butter
♡ 1/3-12 cup sugar, maple syrup or honey
♡ 1 to 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
♡ 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
♡ 1/4 teaspoon each baking soda and baking powder
♡ 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Bake at 350 F in a greased and parchment-lined loaf pan for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
