I'm most looking forward to the bean salad. My biggest challenge with Mediterranean recipes is that I have a sesame allergy. Avoiding hummus, tahini and sesame seeds can be difficult because they're everywhere!

I like how you constantly give options for other people with likes and dislikes of foods thereby creating more food options without even trying and it can spark the imagination in any at home cooker. I am still secretly awaiting you to sell your kitchen designed products. But am always glad to start my work day with healthy eating as I am studying to be a Dietician and love the informational videos and insights that you provide and plan to use with my clients after I graduate which is not for a while. Love this! Can’t wait to try to bean salad. It would be cool to hear how you clean your veggies/fruits. I grew up using dish soap on fruits that you don’t consume the flesh of but that doesn’t sound very Mediterranean diet approved 😂🍏
